Newt's Food Machine — Restaurant in Lanett

I love their food but everytime I go I order the same thing and they always give me different totals. Like the prices are posted on the wall too so you can see how much everything is. I get 6 chicken tenders which is 6.60 and a small fry I think its $2.80. One time they told me my total was 13.80 then the next time I got the same thing & she said my total was $16.50 and I ain't stupid like I can count & there's no way it should cost that much. But I'm pretty sure they are just trying to pocket ppls money. It's a shame cause their food is amazing but because of them trying to overcharge me multiple times it makes me not want to go...

This is by far my absolute favorite chicken establishment since it was introduced into my life many many years ago. The only reason that gave 4 stars initially is because when I am passing through I call them about 20 miles out which usually is a benefit however on this day I literally was asked to hold on & I could hear all activity which wasn't much. Upon arriving at the restaurant there were 2 customers so I asked why was I on hold for 15 minutes & this employee lied when he stated that they had been really busy & this alone is the reason for the 4 stars because the food never ever...

It's no longer Newt's Fried chicken it's the grub Spot and oh my God the food there is delicious everything I have eaten from there I give it a 20 out of 20 my favorite is tenders dipped in the hot wings sauce with lemon pepper and fried okra with a side of the wing sauce. I don't know the cook's name but when I tell you he fried the okra just right it had a crunch to it and the tenders were cooked to perfection my mouth is watering right now as I text this but you should try it out if you're new in town or have been here a lifetime check them out The Grub Spot I...
