Pizza King — Restaurant in Lapel

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Phenomenal service and small-town charm!

Tonight I was actually about to order from Pizza Hut, but when I saw they had mysteriously closed, I decided to finally give Pizza King in Lapel a try. I’ve lived here for over a year but always stuck with what I knew — and wow, I’m so glad I did!

From the moment I walked in, everyone was busy making pizzas or helping customers, but Dixie, Colton, and Sherie all made sure to greet me and let me know someone would be right with me. Even though the place was hopping, they worked like a well-oiled machine — total organized chaos in the best way possible.

They even suggested I try the breadsticks baked a little differently, and we loved them! When I came back in to pick up my order, they remembered my name and said, “Hey Mark, welcome back — your order’s ready!” That personal touch really stood out.

To top it off, while making my pizza they were also serving an entire busload of hungry kids — and still kept things running smoothly.

All in all, super friendly staff, great pizza, and that genuine small-town vibe where people remember your name. I’ll definitely be back — phenomenal service from the whole...

I have to be honest. I haven't been to this location for a while because at one point, their food was starting to become mediocre at best.. We payed for extra cheese, and 2 separate times on 2 separate days, we got a 16 inch royal feast (w/ extra cheese) and MAYBE 5 pieces had the tiniest bit of cheese on it. The rest of the pizza had only toppings but ZERO cheese. Tonight we decided to give them another try, AND BOY WAS I pleasantly SURPRISED!!! Seems like they got their passion back! And I'm so excited! I've always loved Pizza King🤴 I live right down the road, so I finally have them back! Thank you guys for whatever you did to get back in the game, because ITS NOT GOING UNNOTICED! Pizza King does not use the plastic gloves for Board of Health they do not wear hairnets and stuff I found hair my pizza before they don't clean up everything very poor place for service special inside or waiting when they say the pizza be ready at certain time you go in there it's never ready they're always behind or have to step is busy talk to each other ignoring the people at the window or their customers at the inside dining area I refused dying hair do not eat that Pizza Hut the Board of Health as twice as knot on to them I would not eat at any Pizza King at this time very poor and unsanitized place and Board of Health has got him twice for health violation very unprofessional help some have dirty nails are going to wash your hands coming out of the bathroom for the employees or busy talking in back behind her not paying attention to customers I'll never come back to this place again....
