The Potato Pancake Shack — Restaurant in Larksville

I bought two containers of potato pancake mix gave one container to my cousin to try l paid $15 only to have to throw it out this is what it was the next day my cousin went to use his the next day and it actually lifted the lid it was bubbling and was all over his refrigerator bottom I called up the girl was very nice told me the owner would be calling me. he called rang my phone two times hung up I called back only to have him be so cocky and rude I told him I bought this before when you had the styrofoam container and it lasted for a couple days this is from one day he said it's still good to eat I told him well then you eat it so he therefore kept getting cocky saying he's been in business over 30 years he didn't even want to know nothing I guess take the money and that's it I told them fine I won't buy nothing from you anymore and he said fine too so yes I did tell a lot of people and I showed them the picture because obviously he doesn't back his food so would...

Drove down there today Saturday the 22nd from Scranton. Got there at 3:30, order a dozen. Was told it would be at least 45 minutes before they could do my order. The wife and I were the only people in the shop. They said they just took in a big order and they didn't have time to do mine . So they get no stars from me. Don't see what I said negative about your place of business. Just reviewing my experience there. If you can't take constructive criticism in a good way maybe you should go on a diet. The best in the area. Perfect size, thickness and love the fact they are made without preservatives. Customer service was great and very polite. This is my new go to place.
