#1 Cuisine — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I work next door and finally got around to ordering from this place. It was THE BEST meal I’ve had in two years.

Lemme explain, when you order, the food looks like any other Chinese food joint you’ve ever been to. BUT, the difference is in the FLAVOR. Most Chinese food and restaurants are pretty much copies of each other, but #1 Cuisine outshine all of them because their ingredients and flavors are fantastic. By flavor I do not mean MSG and salt, I mean good produce and ingredients. I hurt myself I ate so much. I had the beef fried rice and egg rolls(the cabbage was so good!). Both were made quickly and were too hot to touch for couple minutes but when I was able to eat without burning myself I found food paradise.

The only drawback is I’m now going to gain all the weight I lost because I’m going to eat there all the time! I hope they continue to do well because they are the best Chinese food you can get in Las...

Something delicious was in the air, so I followed my nose to this unassuming blue food trailer and was rewarded with the best Asian food I've eaten in years. I ordered the chicken with green beans special, crab meat and cream cheese won tons, and a couple of egg rolls. Everything was cooked with skill and my sides were fried to perfection. The special was loaded with veggies and mushrooms as well as tender chicken. The won tons actually taste like seafood and the egg rolls were stuffed with cabbage and seasoned just right. Small take out food trailer. Food was delicious, cooked perfectly and promptly. We stayed at the Plaza Hotel and walked about 1 block down, placed the order, food was ready in about 10-12 minutes.
