Subway — Restaurant in Las Vegas

Its subway. Same as every other subway in the world. (Just a guess) The service is good and most employees are friendly for the most part. Unlless there is a line then your just another customer they're trying to get out to keep the line a movin'. They did honor public safety discounts but not anymore. Kind of sad as they were one of the few in town who did. Subway has gotten expensive for cold cuts that are not at the high end of the cold cut world and the bread is very light. Almost like if your eating that stuff wasps build they're nests out of. Saying that go with a wrap. Customer service is 3 stars. Food maybe a 2.5. If your in a rush and need something quick or on the road it satisfies to quite possibly a 4. 5 stars for cleanliness... this one is in a Love's truck stop. Very clean. Coming into subway I understand that being busy during rush hour is difficult, but every customer that comes in should be greeted with a friendly smile and attitude. The first person we talked to (Monica) had a really bad attitude and was snappy. She was not just snappy with us, but also the people behind my wife and I. I would have left and would of gotten food somewhere else, but Audi and Justin changed that with how nice they were. I understand the pressure of rush hour due to my previous experience with it as well at a subway, but I would at least pay attention to what I would do on the customers sandwiches. Monica had made my wife’s sandwich incorrectly and when she asked what I wanted and I informed her I wanted the #15 without onions she had a tone while stating “you could ask for that further down the line I don’t deal with that”.
