I really don't know what to say about this meal other than it was truly amazing. I haven't had Greek food in years, normally I just get gyros, this time my wife got a Euro plate and I got a gyro in steak souvlaki... There's really only one word to describe, and that's Delicious! The lamb was tender and super flavorful, the quartered pita bread was warm with a distinctive flavor. The steak was tender and put on a skewer with onions and peppers and tomato slices, The rice?, Well I just don't know how to put it, it was so delicious as someone who shouldn't be eating much rice I just couldn't stop... I thought Spanish rice was good or white rice with cilantro the way my mom makes it. As a type 2 diabetic, I've been practicing pushaways from eating too much rice for years. I failed miserably trying to push away from this plate of rice, let me tell you, I'm certainly telling myself it was worth it. The salad ingredients if you'll pardon the expression, were spectacularly fresh. This was certainly some of the freshest and tastiest Greek food I've ever eaten, and I almost certainly returned to try more of their excellent dishes. It's in the same center on the same corner as Rock stars of tomorrow's musicians academy, new Summerlin / Las Vegas location. So needless to say I will be returning often 😁. If you love Greek food, and you're in Las Vegas, you better stop here 👍. I guarantee you will not regret it, if you love Greek food, it's a must! I stake my reputation on it 😉

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - we ordered the Gyro Plate and a Mediterranean Pizza. The food is absolutely delicious!! We decided to try the Mediterranean pizza which was just mozzarella, romano cheese, and a tomato sauce. While very simple ingredients, it was fluffy, earthy, and cheesy that worked so well together. I can completely see this as a pizza coming out of a home oven. The gyro plate was thin strips of beef and lamb with rice, pita bread, tzatziki sauce, with a Greek salad. The beef and lamb were seasoned well and moist without being oily, the rice was fluffy and flavorful, and the salad so light and refreshing. While the pita bread was good, it wasn't outstanding like all the other items. Service: 5/5 - very friendly service and he was patient despite how busy the shop was. He did give us a heads up that it'll take a bit longer for the food, but we were happy to wait seeing how busy they were. Ambiance: 5/5 - extremely clean shop with a few tables and chairs. We realized halfway through eating that there's another room on the side with additional chairs and table. While the shop had a black and white theme, they had blue lights running through that gave it a very cozy feel. Value for price: 5/5 - yummy food and very friendly service. We think this place is much better than Meraki down the street. Note that good food does take some more time to prepare though!

I just dont see here what is Greek about it .... there's a 20+ minute wait as your order is made to order ... the food is ok BUT my food in general was salty, my beef was a bit raw with sprinkles of salt The rice is the same as I cook at home other than yellow coloring and salty ... now someone correct me on this! Rice goes bad quick if it sits to long and it look almost like popcorn over cook my rice had a bad smell to it, I'll find out later if the salty uncooked beef will set me to the throne unexpectedly. As for the customers they where all old Americans "nothing wrong with that" and the staff was questionable if the had any ties to Greek... was the food eatable yes ... was it great no ... was it authentic no as my opinion ... will I recommend? Its ok. Why did I mention the customers..... For the hour and 10 minutes I did not see Greeks unless I was not able to spot them I did not see any. In the middle of my review a gentleman ask me on his way out how was my food .... I was honest to him and he did confirm that the cooking staff was family putting me on a stop of recognizing Greeks. Over all if it works for you .... then no need to change anything. He did say that is how his rice is ..... I did not get exactly what I order and he apologized... nice gentlemen, I'm assuming he was the owner the way he spoke to me.
