Pizza King — Restaurant in Laurel

Prices are high through door dash expect better food. The Laurel location has burnt the boardwalk fries the last 3 orders when asked to cook normal or light, they did give me credit by phone but can't get it right. It's like there not listening to the customer when we order and request things. The Italian sub come with no lettuce, tomato or the onions that were requested to be on the side. Door Dash did give a credit due to order being bad, but not there responsibility. I have ate at PK for over 30 years including the original location in Laurel next to the church. When food is done correctly they are the best by far in all they do. But they are struggling to do anything right at this location. I ate in at the Bridgeville location overall good. Seaford seems to be pretty consistent as well. But I live in Laurel and I wish we can have it back like it used to be. I don't like to complain, but when I pay this much through Door Dash I expect better execution and...

The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the food is good - even though getting takeout is like playing food roulette. Every time we get takeout from this Pizza King there’s a 50/50 (more like 60/40) chance that the order will be messed up in some way. This is an irritating practice that has been going on for years and years and I just now decided to write a review. Tonight I ordered a turkey club with no tomato with standard crinkle-cut fries. Well, the person who made it put tomato on it and left the lettuce off. I also got boardwalk fries instead of crinkle-cut which is ok because I also like boardwalk, but still. Again, this is a habit for Pizza King that has gone on for endless years, so it isn’t just because of one employee, it’s more like a company practice. When is it going to end? They couldn’t even hit the ground if they fell...

I've been here MANY TIMES in the past and 75% of the time my order is wrong, missing things, over cooked. Etc. I stopped ordering food from this location deemed it as young kids who didnt care about peoples food...Tonight after months of not ordering anything and door dashing smelling the pizza I've picked up..... I decided to order pizza to get away from the dominos and hungry howies norm. .... my oven is broken so I can't just get a FREEZER PIZZA....I ordered 2 large pizzas with pepperoni I don't know the crust differences pizza is pizza.....but the thin crust was recommended and cheaper....$35 later with the thin crust...... the crust was cardboard... the cheese and sauce was actually decent but overall TERRIBLE!
