Pretty much I had a subpar experience. I am a GrubHub driver came to pick up the order. I ordered myself to slices to go and requested crispy. Pack my bag wash my hands. two slices should take no more than 3 minutes. Time goes by then I hear the whispers in the back. my pizzas were burnt. why/how? I don't know🤷🏾‍♂️ things happen. so he replaced my slices one of them he did not have anymore because they burned it.Anyway he puts it in the oven. less than 2 minutes he hands me my pizza slices. But they're not crispy. I asked him how long have you been in business and I'm from New York when you say you want something crispy or toasted they automatically understand.But we're not in New York. So he asked me do I want the pizzas hotter. I said you know what, let me go so I can drop off my order. he says yeah I was worried about that. I said that's all you worried about is the customer? not my slices that you burnt? he says yes you and the customer. then I told him I can just cancel the customer's order. then they will have to wait for another driver and have cold food but instead of me doing tit for tat, I decided to just take my loss and never come back. For four times in a row, my order of a "veal sub" was made WRONG; by making IT A PARM, WHEN I ALWAYS SAYS TEN TIMES NO PARM CAUSE CHEESE IS DISGUSTING TO ME. Im allergic to it!!! And for the 4th time, they couldn't get that Very very simple order correct. We had no choice but to throw it away AGAIN! NOTHING was offered from them. Just a generic "sorry again." This is not a issue with the woman who takes the order over the phone. The receipt proves it. This is a COOK problem. Always rushing around, refusing to properly read an order ticket.
