Ok so YES it’s a gas station. YES I gave them 5 stars for the ice cream but just hear me out. This is the cleanest smelling gas station with truly really lovely ice cream lol. It’s wild, I was skeptical too but what Carl is doing for the community should be commended. I stood outside eating my ice cream with my family and watched the chickens roaming around. The insane amount of people who not only got gas but got themselves a little pick me up was so heartwarming to see. The staff is also the most helpful!! The ice cream was great.

The service was atrocious. The lady behind the counter was talking about her schedule and some grievance with another clerk when we walked up. Neither greeted us or acknowledged us; just kept talking. Then asked what we wanted, but when I was trying to help my elderly mother order, the clerk got impatient and started talking about her schedule again. I had to say "excuse me" so we could order. Then when the cone was ready but I was looking away and didn't see it, the clerk said "excuse me" in a very snotty tone of voice. Very rude and unfriendly. And totally not focused on...

Carl's ice cream was very reasonably priced and delicious with a wide variety of flavors! Best prices for ice cream in the state I am sure. It really made my day in a time when inflation will continue to rob the average citizen of the funds to have treats. Long live...
