C W Scooters — Restaurant in Lawton

Let me start off by saying that there probably wouldn’t of been any way that I would have ended up in Lawton Oklahoma if it wasn’t for my fiancé. He was raised in Lawton and we actually came back to visit his hometown he still has family there so we came during Thanksgiving. so we decided to step out one night and and there is literally no other place to go to even kind of party-ish besides “scoots”. This was a really interesting place a tad bit funny someone threw up on my fiancé‘s clothes and I almost had to smack a female due to her inappropriate behavior . Other than that pretty interesting I’m a East Coast city girl so this was a different experience for me I enjoyed it but definitely not anything that I would choose. Still a fun experience I’ll give it a three due to the smoking smell and the country feel not really my scene. They played country and hip-hop and a mixture of music it was decent. They need to remove the beer pong tables for sure. They take up a lot of room and the table cause friction among patrons. None of the ladies could dance really. Lawton isn't a dance town. Really a place where couples go. Overcrowded mostly because of the games and over abundance of tables. Music was ok but DJ coulda been better. Not a very social place unless you know ppl in there. Nice bathrooms. Bars usually attract troubled ppl. Prolly raise the cover to weed out drama but they need to reduce number of tables. Too congested. If you are single and going in alone then it's not the place for you unless you have been around a lot of bars and know how to move thru crowds. Not for...

Scooters is one of the better places to go sure the music is a little out of touch ...but it's a country bar what fo u guys want??????? It's safe for the most part except when you dummies come uo there starting trouble so don't blame that in scooters...anyways the drinks are at a good price and the bartenders are great nice floor plan as well they have darts pool and the cup drinking game Lola excuse me I don't know the name but over all its a good place for this small town they can't help who one through the door they could have just left it a country bar and not played any other type of music but nope they didn't and for that I respect them scooters...
