McDonald's — Restaurant in Leary

Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had at a McDonalds. Went thru the drive thru...the wait at the window was long and we could hear them inside. Seemed confused about the orders they were working on. So once we finally got our food we parked to double check it. Completely wrong order. So we went inside to get it fixed. The inside was packed with people waiting for their food. Only one lady coming in and out of the kitchen. We were literally there for nearly an hour with little to no help from any employees. They took the bag we brought back in and 20 min later another couple came in with a bag they got from the drive thru that she said was not what they ordered. It was the exact same bag we had returned...same food and everything so they just gave our 'wrong order' to someone else! Finally was able to get a refund...hopefully (first refund receipt was for the wrong amount)...since they didn't seem to be working on fixing our order. The place is chaotic and full of incompetent employees who didn't really seem that concerned with the poor service they were giving. People were leaving before getting their food, it was so bad. We would have too if we hadn't spent $40. Please do not go to this McDs. We headed over to New Boston and had a much better...

Unbelievable. Impossible to find a decent McDonald's in and around Texarkana the best one is on New Boston road in Texarkana but sometimes that's not up to par. But I digress this McDonald's took a good 2 minutes of ordering a filet of fish with extra sauce a double hamburger with extra onions and a large Coke that's it. Finally get the order right pull up to the window food was ready within 30 seconds knew something was up. So I pulled into the parking lots stopped pulled the food out of the bag the filet of fish had extra sauce but the fish was hard as a rock and the bun was cold. Item number two double hamburger extra onions. One piece of meat no extra onions no ketchup. I understand if they're busy which they weren't I understand they have bad days which people do but you make the same thing everyday how do you continue to screw up a simple two item order that's all I ever order. And maybe it's just me but welcome to McDonald's thank you for your order have a nice day those little things are what the south is about and McDonald's all of them have failed to even have a little southern hospitality. I for one am absolutely done with McDonald's nothing but local homegrown small Mom and pops family oriented fast food...

I have given this location way too many chances due to the fact that I work in this area and there simply just aren't many places to eat. Just about every morning the drive through is closed, then you have to go inside which is extremly difficult since this is a truck stop/ subway sandwich shop/ and a McDonald's. You can tell there is a high volume of employee turnover at this specific location because you never see the same faces ever. Food has been rediculous to say the least. Received my order recently which was 2 McDoubles and 1 filet o fish. 1 of the McDoubles only had 1 piece of meat and the filet o fish had the tartor sauce all over the side of the box which looked intentional. The previous visit here I received a burger that appeared to have had a bite taken out of it. The sad part is that when you get to sit down and eat and you discover these horrible mistakes, it's too late because you have to return to work. As high as inflation is currently its also heartbreaking to receive this kind of treatment when you are paying such a high price for food that even when prepared correctly isn't necessarily a value. I'd rather go hungry than to patronize this disgraceful example of a McDonald's. STAY AWAY FROM THIS...
