Where to begin! Space was spartan and shared with a n ethnic grocer store. (As a side note the aisles in the grocery were crowded with boxes and unpassable and clearly a safety issue. One of the refrigeration units was beeping with no one paying heed.) Back to the restaurant ... the gent who greeted me was thoughtful. From there it went down hill. Ordered Drunken Noodle and asked for medium "heat" ... served so spicy I couldn't swallow it. Ordered appetizer of spring rolls after a discussion of what to order; never came out of the kitchen; inquired and was told it didn't get on the order; then received deep fried rolls and sent back; finally received spring rolls -- loosely rolled and barely held together -- AFTER I had finished my entree; sauce was Vietnamese and NOT Thai. Requested iced Jasmine tea; delivered late to my table (half way through my meal); no one asked me if I wanted a refill; cost was outrageous $5. To their credit ... owner, or rather whom I believed to be the owner, did not charge me for spring rolls. Placed a decent sized online order for a work lunch event, arrived at the designated time and after a few minutes was told they had no order for me. After I showed the owner my receipt he stated he “found it” in the system but they weren’t notified of the order and it would need to be cooked. When I told him I didnt have time to wait as I needed the order 10 minutes ago for a team luncheon, he told me “well if the order was that important you should’ve called to make sure we had it” WOW, just wow. I understand that computers make mistakes and orders get lost but to blame me for not calling to make sure they had the order I placed online, which is their preferred ordering method, is crazy. It’s too bad the owner is so rude, I won’t make the mistake of placing an order...

Appetizers appeared to have been pre cooked in our opinion! They were also very dark to the point of burnt! Spring roll had very little filling and about the diameter of your finger! Wife says crab Rangoon was apparently imitation crab! Chicken fried rice was good but could use some onion etc! Lots of chicken in it! Chicken satay was very good! We wondered if we just ordered main courses if maybe that would make a difference, so we will try it one more time with NO APPS!
