Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lebanon

Service is horrendous at best! Very disappointed. I spend a great deal of money here every week as I love the iced macchiatos however after this mornings visit I am seriously thinking how much I want to continue to give my hard earned money here. I get 2 sometimes 3 macchiatos a day, one on the way to work, one at lunch and one on my way home at $5.a drink! A friend went in this morning for our drinks. She came out and realized they had forgotten to give her the donuts. So in again she goes, stand in line for 5 min, comes out gets in car and I ask where mine? They only gave her one of them. So I go in, stand in line for 4-5 min. I tell the bartista my friend came in and ordered the latte, macchiato and donuts. Her responded was "I just gave her a donut". So I said yes you did but only gave her one of them. So she says I've got to check that. Like I'd try to rip them off for a donut???? So she's looks at the past orders and comes back over to me asking what kind of donut. I would have thought she would have known where as she just looked to confirm I paid for it!! What a way to treat customers... (who support your business.) Very disappointed this morning. And to top it all off my $5. drink was awful!! Stood in line 3 times for that order and was treated like I was stealing from them! A donut of all...

The experience i had this morning at the lebanon dunkin donuts in maine was less than stellar. It was very unprofessional. I drive for uber eats, I was there to pick up an order for a customer who ordered online. I arrived at the store at 10:23 the order was supposed to be ready by 10:29, I stood there for 25 minutes after I asked about the order. An employee asked what I was waiting on and I politely answered. Another female employee told the other employee that it would be a few minutes as door dash is not priority. I responded to her mumbling under her breath that statement that I was not rushing her. This employee purposely kept skipping making the uber order until she emptied the store. So customers that order online are not a property to this establishment? This customer had to wait over an hour to receive his order because she felt door dash and uber orders are not priority! This was very unprofessional of her especially saying that stuff with a store full of customers. I don't have names of employee as none...

Wish I could do negative stars. Went through drive through got a coffee and 2 hash browns...drove off...coffee was pretty much water and hash browns were cold not even cooked. So I turned around to at least have hash browns cooked. Went in was greeted with attitude cause I didn't want to eat cold hash browns. But in the end didn't even eat them cause the gentleman brought them around the corner out of sight to cook and while they were being cooked all I heard was someone having a major coughing fit out back same area were the food was being cooked. Then that person came out at the same time as the guy was bringing me the hash browns talking to other workers that she dont know what's wrong with herself doctors dont know either I just couldn't bring myself to eat them they went in the trash as I walked out the door. Won't ever return to...
