Mark PI'S Express — Restaurant in Lebanon

Went here with my brother sometime ago I think last fall? The food was good but the experience was poor. The soda machine was so covered in mold that it appeared to be pouring from the vent on the side. This was clearly visible from the register. It was probably a whole square foot of mold on the side of this machine. At the very least it was a half inch thick. I had actually snuck a couple pics but have since lost them. Needless to say we didn't actually drink the drinks we had paid for. The lady working the register was extremely rude and hardly listening to our orders . My brother and I ordered the same thing except I had a normal egg roll and a shrimp roll. He had two normal egg rolls. When we were given our egg rolls there was intially some confusion over what the normal egg roll was. That's no big deal and was easily fixed but after that when I asked which order was which she insisted they were the same having not paid attention to me asking for a shrimp roll. She thought we were still asking about the original issue and refused to hear us. She scoffed at me like I was an idiot as I tried explain that I had gotten shrimp roll as well. She was so arrogant. I was a frequent eater at this Mark Pi's for a couple years. It was always delicious. My husband would yell at me because I always wanted to order from here. That being said, over the past six months I have ordered here it hasn't been very good. Tonight I ordered my meal and it was completely inedible! I called and complained and they lady said I could order something different (however, I live 20mins and have a young child so I couldn't drive back to get it) so she claimed she would credit my account (without asking for my name?) Dear Mark Pi's in Lancaster: if you are Open, but not having indoor dining and obviously only taking orders by phone. . .Might want to put a sign in your window stating that with the phone number!! There were about 4 orders sitting there on the table that's blocking people from entering . . .I could have walked off with all 4 orders. Then another guy came to pick up and he asked ME "where do I put my $$ (he was paying cash). I offered to take it for him, LOL. Oh well one less order you had to fix this...
