Family of 5 adults out for my birthday dinner. Big parking lot. We called ahead for reservations. There is a little room with video games and chairs to relax while you wait to be seated. We were seated almost immediately by a lovely Waitress named Maddie.. I wanted Prime rib for my birthday. My daughter suggested this restaurant, and I am so very glad she did. Plenty of room, big tables, huge servings, attentive friendly accommodating wait staff. We were served our drinks and appetizers promptly. My 2 daughters tried the "black bear" mixed drink. deep eddy's lemon vodka, deep eddy's lime vodka blackberry syrup and seltzer. Wow, that was very tasty! I had a harvest punch. Caramel vodka with apple cider. Apple sour and bailey's. Fun sweet tart taste but creamy because of the Bailey's. Appetizers of fried calamari were well cooked but could have been a bit more crispy. The marinara was tasty. The cheese garlic bread was a little in the small size but tasted great. Main meals rated 8/10 1st Clam strips with loaded mashed potatoes and coleslaw. The mashed potatoes were fabulous! 2nd Coke and Bourbon steak skewers with mashed potatoes and steamed zucchini and summer squash. 3 meals rated 10/10 3rd meal Garlic steak with mashed potatoes and onion rings. My daughter, who usually eats 1/3 of her plate, demolishes everything. 4th meal Prime Rib was very thick, cooked perfectly. The A Jus was very good, but had they cooked it down a bit more, it would have been amazing. Steamed mixed squash was nicely done and not overcooked. I only had a picture of my leftovers because in my joy seeing my dinner arive I forgot to take a picture. I had a side of tater tots my daughter ate them. Very crispy. Side Ceasar salad was delicious. However, my daughters ate 15 or so of my croutons before I took the picture! 5th and last meal, we would have rated a 52/10 because it was just that epic. Pulled pork Mac n Cheese. They used a mixed variety of cheeses, so it stretched like mozzarella with the bite of sharp cheddar, and something made the sauce on the bottom so creamy. Perfectly al-dente the pulled pork is piled on top of the mac but below the final layer of cheese. It was out of this world! Lastly, we got 1 slice of chocolate creem pie to share. 3 of us took home a large amount of leftovers because the portions were just that big. Great time had by all dinner with appetizers with drinks and dessert: it came out to 40$ per person. That was a great price for the quality and quantity of those meals. Our server, Maddie, was very attentive and ever so friendly. Great birthday dinner with the whole family

This place was recommended to us, and on a cold rainy day, we decided to head over, and I'm sooooo glad we did. If you're ever having a night where no one knows what they want, you need to head over to this spot. The menu is lengthy and has some of everything from Mexican to Italian, and oh, the steak and seafood is top notch. My husband had the surf and turf, and their seafood stuffing was amazing. I also need to add that we tried their Wasabi cucumber dressing, and it was so different but delicious. It was my husband's favorite flavor of the night. I got the war time pasta, which lasted me 3 delicious meals. The sauce was absolutely delicious. The decor is a comfy old-world log cabin, and it's our new favorite. We didn't sit in the bar, but I've also heard great things. It's also a great spot for riding on the motorcycle and stopping for a bite. The ride out on its own was just beautiful. The staff was also extremely polite and friendly.

I liked it better when it was Uncle D's. Still amazingly popular, they do have specials nights, and the food is somewhat consistent and some things are good, but despite reviews I personally think the ribs are overated, wings are lack luster and the Pizza just doesn't hold its own anymore.....last time I ordered pizza, BBQ chicken pizza in particular was just bleh. SO many better pizzas within nearly the same driving distance.

Not going to delete my older review... This time I ordered 12 wings, a hamburger, a Cajun pasta with chicken (but got shrimp) and a new englander.

The Carolina tang wings were awesome, Im glad I bought extra sauce because the bbq tasted like beef gravy otherwise. The Carolina Tang is an absolutely amazing sauce.

The burger had no seasoning, and who puts SHREDDED lettuce on a burger?! The lettuce was wilted and gross, completely ruined the previously frozen burger and the frozen fries had Zero seasoning, not even salt.

Now the Cajun pasta, the pasta was so overcooked it almost could be made into mashed potato consistency, completely GROSS. As soon as I took a bite I almost spit it out. The sauce was great if a bit thick, but the shrimp were actually perfectly cooked. Still almost completely inedible with the pasta.

The Over Stuffed New Englander was an extra entree, but it is clearly not fresh seafood at all, it stinks, my fridge stinks, my coleslaw stinks, the shrimp were okay with the stuffing.... but on top of that stinky fish, if you're gonna stuff a shrimp for this price make it a friggen u-15 at least.

Ultimately Robertos Log Cabin NEEDS TO REDUCE THE MENU AND MAKE FEWER THINGS WITH HIGHER QUALITY PRODUCTS TO RATIONALIZE THE COST AND KEEP DISCERNING CLIENTELE. Unless they think take out doesn't need the same...

I don't think I have ever given a bad review but what happened this evening was horrible. I had called to see if I could reserve a table in front of the fireplace. My Dad is 91 and we have been to your restaurant many times. He loves the food and especially loves sitting in front of the fireplace. We reserved a table for 4pm before the busy time. When we came in there was one couple in a booth and the rest of the tables were empty. A waitress had set us up at a table one back from the fireplace. We had asked for a reservation in front of the fireplace. We moved over to the table in front and sat down. Someone turned off the fireplace when we sat down. I went up to the desk and asked if us moving was a problem. They said no and we asked for the fire to be turned back on for my Dad. A waitress asked me if we wanted the water she had set up since we didn't move it ourselves to the new table. She was very confrontational and seemed angry. If it was just my husband and I we would have left. With the economy and just out of kindness I would not expect this attitude. She made a point of coming to the table and saying she didn't have an attitude. It was very unprofessional and rude. Our waitress Lizzi was very sweet and kind. Whoever the other waitress was needs to learn how to treat the paying customers. She is not a good representative of your business. Needless to say we won't be back and would not recommend your restaurant. I don't think we asked for alot and to be treated that way was rude and unprofessional. I was more upset for my Dad and she was not someone I would ever want representing...
