7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

So I love the drinks here and the variety they offer. The problem is I don't order the drinks with the expectation of wearing them. This is my third and final time going to 7 Brew and being handed drinks that are overfilled and pouring down the sides. This time the girl handing me my drinks was also covered in coffee and slushie that was pouring down the sides of our drinks. This didn't seem to bother her as she was still trying to hand me this mess. I asked her for a paper towel or something to clean them with so it wouldn't get all over me and my car. She grabbed a used dish towel they have for wiping the counters and wipes the tops of the drinks and again handed me the mess after not wiping down the sides and more beverage coming up through the top and sides while she's moving them. So now my quick treat for myself and my daughter is a mess all over us and my car. The first couple of times it happened I just figured they were learning. I've gone plenty of times with this not happening but come on! Seriously if you, the emplyee are covered in the beverage then what do you think is going to happen to your customer? The fact that she acted bothered when I asked her for napkins to clean this up and then wiped the tops with a used towel and still handed us a mess is just ridiculous! I'm done hoping for drinks without a mess!!!! There are plenty of beverage places to choose from in my area so I'll be looking for a new...

My recent visit to 7 Brew Coffee was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ali. From the moment I pulled up, Ali greeted me with a warm and genuine smile, instantly making me feel welcome. They were incredibly efficient in taking my order, offering helpful suggestions, and ensuring everything was just right. The coffee itself was perfectly crafted and delicious, but it was Ali's amazing customer service that transformed a simple coffee run into a genuinely good experience. I left 7 Brew feeling energized and impressed, and I'll definitely be returning, hoping to encounter such dedicated and delightful staff...

Original Review: On two occasions my wife and I have ordered Sweet and Salty cold brew drinks and received them without any flavor. The first time we brushed it off, didn't come back the same day, and on the next visit mentioned it was wrong. The advice we received was to "taste the drinks before leaving."

The second miss was today. We returned to get the drinks we paid for instead of cream and cold brew. The individual who made our drinks made a point to come out of the kitchen to tell us that our drinks were actually made correctly with flavor. Instead of an apology we were met with an "I told you so" after driving back to the store location to correct a mistake made by staff.

We'll be taking our business somewhere that can make an order correctly and treat customers...
