Aikou is undoubtedly one of the best Asian restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. From the moment you step inside, you are immediately transported to a world of authentic Asian cuisine and exquisite flavors.

The ambience of Aikou is warm and welcoming, with beautiful Asian-inspired decor that sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and exudes a sense of tranquility that allows you to truly enjoy your meal.

Now, let's talk about the food. Aikou offers an extensive menu filled with an array of Asian delicacies. Each dish is expertly prepared using the freshest ingredients, resulting in flavors that are simply mouthwatering.

The service at Aikou is exceptional, with a staff that is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are well-versed in the menu and are more than happy to offer recommendations based on your preferences. The staff's dedication to providing excellent service further enhances the overall dining experience at Aikou.

In conclusion, Aikou is a gem among Asian restaurants and is a must-visit for any food lover. From the impeccable service to the outstanding flavors, every aspect of dining at Aikou surpasses expectations. Whether you are a sushi aficionado, a lover of traditional Asian cuisine, or simply looking to try something new, Aikou is the place to go. Your taste buds will thank you for...

I have normally had perfectly adequate service from this place, anytime someone wanted take out I told them to order from here. Today I was beyond stunned at how I was treated. I placed my order online easily enough and got a verification in my email about it being delivered before 1 PM. I waited... And waited... And waited.. I called and the girl on the other end told me first 25-30 minutes, I told her that was unacceptable as I had ordered over 40 minutes ago, she said it should arrive soon. I called again after another 10+ minutes to get a refund for my food. The girl laughed at me and told me no, then the food finally arrived, and she talked with the other women about it and again refused to give me my money back. I took the food because I had a crying toddler that wanted lunch. There was barely any soup in the bowl, the crab Rangoon was over cooked, and the rice was terrible. Not the food or the service I have been accustomed to from this place. Will not be ordering or referring anyone here again. I work in food myself and I cant imagine treating any customer this way...

This used to be our go to place for delivery, but the last few orders have been lacking....either missing sauces or veggies from certain dishes, just disappointing. When I called after waiting over an hour for our order tonight I wasn't answered with a "hello", caller id must have let them know who I was because the woman immediately started talking "You ordered delivery? It's been sitting on the counter. They forgot. I'll send it now."

My husband called back to clarify "It's been sitting on the counter for 30min?"....I could here the woman after a pause go "Maybe like 15". My husband told her to cancel the order, we didn't want food that had been sitting out. She said "Fine" & hung up on him.

All it would've taken would have been an "I'm sorry, here's a coupon or free eggrolls or something". Honestly I'm pretty easy to satisfy as a customer, but Aikou really dropped the ball & treated us poorly instead of trying to resolve our frustration. We've been ordering almost monthly for 3 years, it's really disappointing we won't be...

Aikou is hands down my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. My family and I have been going to this restaurant for years. I wanted to touch on a couple of notes, the quality of the food being first. I have never had a bad meal at Aikou. Their fried rice is top-tier, especially the combination fried rice. My favorites include generals chicken, combination fried rice, egg drop soup and the crab rangoons. The portion sizes are MASSIVE which is well-appreciated. 10/10. The price of the food is absolutely fair for how much you get. The atmosphere is lax and casual. It is a family-owned restaurant. I have watched the owners children grow up and it’s nice to have that familiarity. I even moved away for 3 years and came back and they still remembered me. That’s service. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!

I used to eat at Gees East Wind in Springfield when I was younger and i was so excited to see this place offered it. I was so disappointed!! This cashew chicken doesn’t taste anything like the original Springfield cashew chicken. This one is dry, no sauce hardly at all and it’s spicy, the original is not spicy and the cashew gravy isn’t even the same flavor. They need to change the name and quit marketing it like Springfield Cashew Chicken or make it taste the same.

Here is the picture of a man asleep with his shoes off inside their restaurant. Look closely - seems like he works there. Who wants to eat here? Gross! No shame, no pride. We had already paid for our food online. I am throwing it in the trash.
