I’ve avoided this store like the plague because I knew I’d never be able to control myself. Finally stopped in today with my wife and walked out with almost $200 in seasonings 🤣🤣. They have a HUGE selection of BBQ rubs, sauces, glazes, injections…you name it. Competition blend pellets and wood. Oh, and some awesome smokers/grills. The workers were very friendly and made great suggestions on some of the seasonings. They have sample testers so you can taste pretty much all of them before you purchase. I bought a temperature gauge from them and when I took it home and used it, the temperature was stuck on 165 degrees for several hours. I used my own temperature gauge and it indicated a temp of 207 degrees. When I tried to return it to the store, the owner said they don’t accept returns. He said it was a manufacturer defect and nothing he could do about it. He didn’t even offer the information to get a refund. So they don’t stand behind the products they sell in their store. I have had great experiences here until today. I was about to buy a grill and ended up walking out unfortunately because of the staff. Simply asked if the grills ever go on sale.
