Update again: I added 1 more star. The GM sent me two free meals of which I have used one. I was in and out of the drive-through in six minutes. This is frankly the fastest I’ve ever been through the drive-through. I was given a free small sandwich small fry and a small drink coupon. I ordered a roast beef & cheddar. The bread was fresh and new. The fries were crispy and brand new. I think in my haste of being excited of how fast they were we both forgot to drink so I didn’t actually get my drink but I blame myself. This is by far the best experience I have had at this Arby’s in years. I appreciate the general manager is hard work and will continue to go to Arby’s and hope I get the same service.
———————————— Update: So far fabulous follow up. A very nice gentleman from Arby’s has followed up with me and talked to me about my experience. I am going to continue to give the store a try and see how it goes. I have adjusted my rating based solely on customer service right now. After a few more visits if I see improvement I will move it up even more. Thanks Arby's for having great costumer service.
I love the roast beef. That’s about all I can say. I’ve never ever been in the drive thru in under 20 minutes. I’m not blaming covid either. This has been a problem for years. Read moreI frequent this location regularly with multiple orders for salespeople at my dealership. In recent months, this store has declined horribly. It is no longer a clean interior. It doesnt matter if you choose drive through or dine in, the food prep is extremely slow. While all my orders are correct today, they left out all the sauces I had requested, and when we called back to speak to a manager, we were appalled at her demeanor. Instead of being friendly or courteous, she said "Well, I just took over this store and I don't know what you want me to do about it, your girl probably didnt ask for them". She was very flippant and rude. IF that is the case, and she just took over, I could understand that there is a learning curve and adjustment period to getting your team all performing on the same level you expect, but that shouldn't interfere with your ability to positively interact with your customers. Read more2/19/23: Went back again today. Had been having “okay” experiences the last few weeks. Today however, I waited about 15 min in the drive through (Once you’re in, you are in and can’t get out!) They took the order for the vehicle in front and then me. This is rare as they save their stats by typically only taking one order at a time. I waited several minutes more behind the vehicle in front of me to pay. Was then immediately asked to pull around front. I knew this wasn’t good as I changed my order to a classic B&C with curries so the order would be simple…. Now I have to wait??? I waited several minutes out front until I gave up and went inside. Three up front, one making food…. I asked for a refund and left. Went to KFC! I downgraded from 2 stars to one. This store is very hit or miss; no consistency. Today the “team” seemed to be angry and all but one were moving pretty slow and had the attitude of I’m here to get a paycheck and that’s it….
