I waited to post this in hopes corporate would help resolve this issue, but they are no longer responding. On February 3rd, my husband picked up a clown cake for my sisters birthday (the cake on the left is what I ordered and the cake on the right is what I got). I contacted corporate the next day and they let me know a manager from this store would contact my husband. A week later my husband finally got a call from management and he let her know right away we were not looking for a full refund but a refund on the decoration costs. The manager stated, if we received a refund that a pregnant single mother would loose her job and she asked if that is what we wanted to happen. Of course we said, no that is not necessary we just wanted a refund of some sort. She then said if we were to bring the cake back untouched (a week after the party) we could have a full refund… and THEN she wanted to say, she was supposed to charge us more because of the “the eyes and all the other things” (though we paid more in store than online ordering, PLUS it was only icing used and not what was advertised)… I still am trying to understand the logic behind it all. Read moreBaskin Robbins ice is always delicious, the ice cream isn't the issue, I went in this location to purchase a pint and a quart of ice cream. The quart was fill halfway and the quart was filled three quarter of the way full. When consumers purchase these products we expect to have the containers to be filled, if we have to pay more for the ice cream for that expectation, that's not a problem. We don't expect to pay for a pint to have the equivalency of two scoops, if we wanted that, we would've orderes that. I didn't notice this until 3 hours after I got home and opened the containers. The small store was a tad bit crowded so I placed my order and waited at the conter to pay as they filled my order, otherwise I would've said something then. When I called the location I was rudely advised that they are trained to weigh the contents, then the representative disconnected the line. Read moreIf I could give it -10 stars I would me & my family came in for ice cream simple requests btw 1) they were not wearing gloves when scooping or handling the ice cream 2) they act like they didn’t know how to make a simple Oreo sundae when they have a guide book that tells you exactly how to make it the only difference I wanted was one scoop of rocky road ice cream and they kept asking am I sure and all these other questions 3) they kept missing steps didn’t layer my sundae correctly 4) the hot fudge wasn’t even hot fudge it was some type of chocolate goop 5) AGAIN NOBODY WAS WEARING GLOVES 6) the store looked filthy tables were not clean the back was not clean as well and the crazy part about it all the manager was also NOT WEARING GLOVES while handling the ice cream and also did not know how to make the sundae when trying to help the worker that was making my sundae overall horrible/ stressful experience these new workers and management need to go bcuz they are clearly not doing there jobs with all these other recent complaints and I never ever leave reviews but this was...
