What an unbelievable place! Even though this restaurant was short staffed by 6 people. We were still seated in a timely fashion. Trying to do five jobs at once, the gentleman was extremely professional and kind. Once we were seated it did not take long for our server to get to our table. We ordered our drinks and appetizers first and our drinks were at the table before we had time to close our menus. There were three of us and the menu choices were very hard to choose from because everything looked so delicious. So we all ordered something different so we could sample each other's plates and we even ordered a small pizza so that we could try the pizza as well. Our appetizers we're out extremely fast. We ordered cheese garlic bread and bruschetta. The marinara sauce was something I could have drank it was so good. I can't begin to describe how yummy the appetizers were. And shortly after our appetizers got to our table our food was delivered. It was extremely fast. I was a little dumbfounded at how fast the food was delivered. But I will say this food is absolutely stunning! Everything was so scrumptious. I had the chicken piccata, my husband had the chicken Murphy, and my son had the shrimp and scallop alfredo. And as I said before, we ordered a small supreme pizza. It was again something I cannot describe how delicious the food is. It is all homemade and cooked by real Italians. Even our server was Italian. She was so professional, very kind and informative. We were all so incredibly full but we could not walk out of this place without having dessert. Every single thing we ordered for dessert was indescribable. The tiramisu was like no other tiramisu I've ever tried. The cream-filled cannoli is amazing and the German chocolate cake was divine. This place is clean and the staff are extremely professional and friendly. It's an adorable place for family, dates, and dining alone. I 100% recommend this place. Five star rating! You definitely need to try this out. We will become regulars now. The pictures are from our second trip. Chicken parmigiana, and lobster ravioli. And of course...
Read moreSo very disappointed in our experience here 12/7/24. I called a month or more ago to book a party of 50 people for a very special 60th birthday party. I spoke on the phone with Divi, the owner/manager about 3x the month leading up to the dinner party. He assured me many times that we’d be taken well care of. He asked me to confirm our guest count the week of because he was having 4 dedicated servers come in for our dinner. At 7:42 we still had not been greeted by a single server, let alone had any drink orders taken. It was 8:36 before we got drinks and a greeting from Divi saying he's sorry but he has 97 orders to fulfill before he could get to ours. We still had no bread or salads that were supposed to come with the $24.99/person we were charged (before drinks). That price included bread, side salad + a choice of one of 4 basic entree selections. Kids were not given kid menus. They had to choose one of the 4 entree choices for $24.99 or share one with each other. Some people didn't receive their salads and those who did, it was hit and miss whether they got dressing. We had to wait long on refills. When we started getting entree it was 8:59 and some people were done eating before others even received their food. This was such a terrible and embarrassing experience to have so many loved ones just sitting around frustrated and confused for 2.5hrs. The birthday man asked for the whole check because he was so embarrassed that anyone would have to pay for this experience. He was not offered any discount or even a birthday dessert. Divi was deceptive of what our experience would be and dismissive of any concern raised during our visit. Our entire party is in agreement that this was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. My father in laws 60th birthday was ruined. I feel as if myself and my mother in law wasted so much time communicating with Divi to arrange this dinner over the last month. My mother in law even physically stopped in on Wednesday to discuss final details with divi and i called the day before to ask about kid’s meals. Let down is a complete...
Read moreWhat a beautiful restaurant! We had a wonderful experience in terms of service and atmosphere. The food was just ok, some things being great and others not anything to brag about.
Our server, Tyler, was as kind and sincere as they come. He was knowledgeable and attentive. Really all of the staff were very welcoming.
The beer selection was disappointing for my husband as he loves local options and there were none. I had a delicious glass of Pinot noir.
The calamari was pretty good. Light breading dusted with Parmesan and REALLY great marinara sauce.
The rolls…best part about this place. Soft and homemade with fantastic garlic butter flavor. Would’ve preferred a whipped homemade butter to go alongside rather than the cheap packets. But Dipping them in the marinara was money!
Meals all come with a house salad which was appreciated—but they are mostly iceberg lettuce and drenched in dressing. Next time I’ll get the dressing on the side. The freshly grated cheese on them is what saved the salads.
The lasagna had fantastic flavor, but the portion was pretty small and it wasn’t as thick as most lasagnas. It fell apart when you went to cut into it which was different, but the taste was delicious. Very cheesy!
The chicken piccata…sigh. We had such a good experience here that I hate to say anything negative, but the chicken was just not good. It seemed like a frozen over-cooked tough piece of chicken that lacked any kind of tenderness. The sauce was pretty good, but think it would’ve been better with angel hair noodles as opposed to spaghetti. I wouldn’t get this again, and probably wouldn’t get anything with chicken.
We are new to the area so we will be trying other local Italian places before coming back here, but we definitely plan to come back and try different dishes in the future. The service and affordability make this a good, easy, no-fuss...
