I'm very disappointed. The last few times I've eaten here I've ordered chicken or beef and the meat is barely warm. Yes, I do eat in the restaurant. I'm just surprised that the quality has gone down hill. The other day when I came they were out of noodles, bean sprouts and a few other items. I had to wait for them to cook more to make a steak bowl, which I can be understanding. I waited for the noodles, however, they should have restocked when they were getting low.
I'm not sure what's been going on here but it's far from my usual experience. Now that problems have started stacking up over the last 4 or 5 times I'm not sure how often I'll be back to eat here. Also, when I ordered another build-a-meal, it felt like it was all backwards in comparison to other places that do similar build-a-meal type menus. When I got to the register and asked for a specific side item, they pointed to a spot across the dining area and told me I needed to bring it up to the counter. Kind of odd they would not have any extras at the checkout counter for people who place orders online or something. The creation they ended up giving me was okay for a "chef inspired" dish. Read moreFood tastes great, but I am concerned with the food quality. There is soybean oil in everything and not the organic kind. The problem with soy bean oil (or seed oils in general) is they are NOT pressed out of the seed, but instead are a byproduct of seeds decimated by "Hexane", a dangerous neurotoxin. Please use organic cold pressed oil (which presses oil out of the seed). You think you are eating healthier when you are eating the same bad chemicals. Also, the lettuce tastes like pesticide, which is not how it tastes when you rinse it off and then eat it. However, I will say the GF/ DF cookies were amazing, even if there is a sacrifice of quality. Hopefully hexane gets banned in the next couple years so this isn't a problem. Hey, why not use...
