Casey's — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

Not sure how to make a review, I am not tech savvy by any means. But I wanted to make sure you folks knew what a great employee you have on your hands! Abby was such a absolutely sweetheart and a breathe of fresh air! My wife and I ordered delivery New Year’s Eve. She took our order. (We order 6 pizzas.) but miss Abby was cheerful and so very sweet! She gave us an hour wait time which I’m sure was because you folks were quit busy,but she over heard my wife and I bickering that our friends would be here before the food would be. She then promised us to be as quick as she could to get our order to us! She kept that promise our food was here no more than 35ish minutes after ordering! We get our food in and check pizzas. I can't explain in a short review how terrible this location is. Tonight we ordered pizza and one pizza had typical black crusty flakes on it. These black flakes however tasted like the most rank chemicals I have ever tasted on a pizza. The breakfast pizza we ordered tasted like soap and chemicals. We took it back to the store and there wasn't one employee in the store who could refund our purchase because they didn't have "clearance" What?! This was after the pizza being 45 min late because they ran out of dough. A pizza store ran out of dough. This isn't the first bad experience here. More like the 5th in a row. Oh my gosh we will never eat their pizza again. My husband order a pizza they told him it would be ready in 45 mins. He went up there, once up there the pizza wasnt made they didnt even have his name down he waited. He had to repeat his name three times and they still asked what he needed. Once he got home pizza was soggy no extra pepperoni, pizza was under cook. We called up there and they told us to bring it back.
