We first met Chef Aristo at his food truck in the Lee's Summit farmer's market. Food trucks tend to be terrible or awesome, and this is definitely one of the awesome ones.
Since then, we've come back frequently and never been disappointed. The Mediterranean pasta is so flavorful and the portion is too much for me to finish more than half most days.
