I literally just got off the phone with one of the manager's from this establishment about being overcharged for a fruit cup in which I hardly got any fruit and she just fed me some spieI about this is what corporate told them to do. She did not attempt to remedy the situation. I had asked for no apples because I am on a fodmap diet for my extremely sensitive G.I. issues and inquired with the lady taking my order on being able to accommodate my diet restrictions. She said they could so I ordered appropriately. Upon getting my food and arriving at my destination, I pulled out the fruit cup in which I was upcharged for and there was the "fruit cup". I called to let her know this and had I of been told I wasn't going to get close to what I paid for then I would of ordered something else. She said that this is what corporate had told them to do and that is how they make them. Nothing what so ever about accommodating diet restrictions even after I told her I went to the ER a few exits down from theirs because of my G.I. issues. I literally told her that I hadn't been able to eat anything earlier in the morning and this was my first time really being able to eat a solid meal. I will not be going back if this is how they treat their customers who are sensitive to foods. Believe me, I love to eat everything under the sun and it is upsetting that the few establishments that I can eat at will not work with their customers to provide better service. I also am not looking to get something for free, I even told her had the fruit cup been half full, I wouldn't have called. I literally pulled this out of the bag and wanted to cry because it sucks having dietary...
Read moreI was religiously harassed at this location by a employee. I can not think of one reason this would’ve happened other than I chose to have a more alternative fashion (dyed hair, piercings, tattoos etc). I was randomly approached by an employee who asked me if I ever considered letting Jesus into my life. He then proceeded to talk about how his faith got him out of a dark point in his life etc, which good for him! I have absolutely nothing against any religion, but I felt very judged and almost like said employee was assuming I was having a hard time in my life because of how I chose to look. He talked a lot about how prayer helped him through tough times and was suggesting it would help me. I felt extremely uncomfortable throughout the whole conversation because I am the happiest I’ve ever been and it was disgusting of him to assume I was struggling because I have a different choice of fashion. I did not engage in the conversation in any way and he just kept suggesting I let Jesus into my life. Which is absolutely unacceptable, as he did not approach anyone else in the restaurant besides me. I respect others religious choices and I do wish that people could do the same. This experience ruined my outing and left me feeling very weird and judged when I was simply trying to just get food. The manager I spoke to was very helpful and kind and the food was delicious as always! I do love chick fil a but I wish this hadn’t happened. I will now be unsure about if I ever want to come back to this establishment because of how I...
Read moreThis chick fil a recently went through a remodel. To my excitement because I was hoping they'd fix their parking lot. It was bad before due to the parking lot design and it didnt get fixed but what they did do has now made everything much worse. The drive through is a little faster but trying to park in a handicapped spot is a nightmare. The handicapped spots are just in front of the store but then you get blocked in by all the lanes of drive through. The design of it is bad. Now that they've expanded their drive through kitchen it's even more busy which makes these spots even more pointless because who wants to get blocked in, then try to leave through 3 lanes of drivethrough?
My other issue is on multiple occasions in the middle of beautiful spring days their curbside has been disabled on their app. Which is disappointing and difficult because of the parking situation. The drive through works sure, but it takes longer than having someone bring your food to you.
Due to the remodel they've lost like 18 seats. Because of this if you want that as an alternative it's very cramped on the inside.
It's been awhile I've felt this disappointment growing but this most recent time was the final straw and got me to say anything. My overall experiences at this chick-fil-a have been continously disappointing. Hopefully they can address these issues but I don't think some of them are fixable which is why I end up...
