I'm leaving this review as someone who worked in the service industry for 7 years. This place needs to work on retraining their Customer Service skills. My first visit to this location was a few days after they opened; everything went very smoothly, everyone was friendly, and you could see there was a trainer or two around. But today... Today was not at all like opening week. Arrived at a few minutes before 8pm, no cars in the parking lot, a few in the drive thru, perfect. No people, so employees won't be rushing me. Walk inside, empty as I was expecting. Employees around chatting, even better- everyone is in a good mood! Nope. Walk up to the side order a bowl Togo, I barely get the words out of my mouth before another employee comes over, shoves the one getting the bowl out of the way, "What kind of rice?" 'Whit-' "Beans." 'Oh no bea-' "Meat." 'Let me do half and half of the chick-' "Fajitas or queso?" Now at this point, I'm mildly annoyed. I fully and completely expect to be cut off talking when the restaurant is full and busy, not when there are 6 employees standing around enjoying the night. So I say ok, she wants to get me out, cool. I order fajitas, scootch to the other side of the line, wait for her to get the bowl ready. "Anything else?" (Which in and of itself is odd, usually folks ask about salsa, not if I'm done making my bowl, but anyway.) 'Pico, corn, sourcream, cheese, lettuce, guac on the side.' This gets her. Well, I thought we were in a rush to finish me out and get me gone... Odd you can't keep up. The employees on the till ring me up and send me on my way. If I'm going to have to deal with horrible service and mediocre at best food, I'll head over to Summit Fair. I'm not going to waste my time going here for convenience. Please retrain the staff in...
Read moreOur family is normally very satisfied with the customer service and food quality at Chipotle and have been repeat customers for many years, so when this location popped up closer to our home we were excited to try them out. That excitement quickly dwindled the moment we walked through the door as the staff was very clearly not happy to be working and were much more concerned with their personal drama than filling our order. The person at the register was rude and walked away after payment, leaving us to bag our own order. Since she had forgotten to give me my drink cup, I then had to get her attention to request it only for her to give me a dirty look while placing it on the counter without a single word before turning back around to talk with her coworker. The food quality was okay but not up to par with what we are use to getting from Chipotle. I did contact customer service and was given a blanket we will look into it statement. Very disappointing! I would not recommend...
Read moreSimilar to the other reviews I ordered my food for pickup which was promised at 7:50 and was told “it will be a while” and I didn’t actually get my food until well after 8 after watching 10-15 people come right in front of me and order their food and go. There is no reason anyone should be waiting for over 25 minutes for a to-go order. I asked if I could just go through the lobby line and have that line make my food but they refused. Then once I received my food and went to eat it, they clearly did not scoop anything into the actual tacos - seems like it was done intentionally or maybe they just threw the food in the bag. Either way still not ok. They really need better management and better policies and procedures so they aren’t getting so backed up with to-go orders while the main line is standing around waiting for people to come in. The manager Katie didn’t seem to care at all, she didn’t step in one time to help anyone or...
