Had Crumbl Cookies for the first time, the other day! I loved how cheery the place is, and they have some unique cookies. They are extremely rich, though, and pretty good size so prepare for either knocking yourself out, getting sugar crazy, or literally only eating like half a cookie at a time. (Also kinda on the pricy side: like, almost $4 for 1 cookie). The ordering process was pretty easy and my order was ready within about a minute or 2 even though there were several people there. When I came forward when they called my name, they opened the box and let me inspect to make sure my order was right. The cookies are laid flat so the boxes get to be rather large but that is okay, because then each cookie gets its own chance to shine without getting squashed or taking on the taste/appearance of the others in the box. You could also look into the kitchen and see them working which is unique. Overall loved the experience and I love that they come out with new flavors every week so you have something to look forward to. It’s fun to go get for a treat for yourself, surprise someone with, or take someone special on...
Read moreLove how they have the kiosk you can order from to help keep the line moving quickly. They had 6 cookies to pick from and the types change every week. You get rewards points with every purchase. You can watch the cookies be made while you wait for your order. There were about 3 people ahead of us and by the time we got done ordering we were next in line. Cookies came out hot and fresh in a matter of minutes. I was surprised 6 cookies cost $20 however the cookies are huge!!! You're basically getting 12 cookies for $20. The orange cookie was the perfect crunchy on the outer edge and moist and chewy in the middle. You can taste the orange zest in the icing. My son said the turtle cookie you could taste the roasted nuts with every bite. The chocolate chip cookie was packed with chocolate chips with every bite. The mint cookie was a mix between Girl Scout Connor...
Read moreI go to the Crumble in Lee Summit quite often, I have not had the best experiences and going this time, was the last straw for me ! Upon entering the Lee summit location, my friend and I were not greeted by anyone and the young lady at the front just stared at us while we walked over to one of the ordering screens. Every person that walked into this location after us, was greeted with a friendly “Hello, welcome to Crumble!” And an enthusiastic smile! We waited for the order and part of it was somehow forgotten. Not saying that these actions were racially motivated, but I do find it funny that I have the same CUSTOMER SERVICE issues when I enter this particular location! Not to mention, the cookie cutter that was given to us came in a wrapper that was ripped open and dirty! The cookies are okay but the customer service at this...
