If I lived anywhere near this restaurant I would be a regular customer. My taco salad fajita was perfect, so perfect I woofed it down like a little piggy. All I had left to photograph was the empty shell. Sorry folks. The chips & salsa almost brought tears to my eyes. Pureed salsa is my absolute favorite, as opposed to chunky salsa. I left the restaurant completely satisfied. This type of food generally gives me heartburn so I set out the tums and waited for the discomfort to set in. Much to my surprise, I did not have any heartburn. That was the clincher for giving this restaurant 5 stars. NOTE - The menu did have hot, spicy options and vegetarian choices.

My husband had carne asada and had to pull fat off the meat. My son and I had fajitas. I asked for vegetarian and to add pineapple. The pineapple wasn’t added. They were tasty though. My son had the combo fajitas and also said they were good. My daughter in law had the street tacos and didn’t care for them. Service was ok, nice but on the slow side. Had to ask for ask for more salsa a couple of times before it was brought and had to ask for drink refills. Pricey as well. The parking lot is close.

I live on the US/Mexico border in Texas where authentic Mexican food is plentiful. What a delightful surprise to see such authenticity here. Very reasonable prices. Excellent lunch specials. Varied selection. The opener chips and salsa were both quite good. The chips were light and airy. The salsa was fresh and delicious. They open at 11 a.m., not 11:30 a.m. as widely reported online.

First it takes a lot for me to go out of my way and write a review. The waitress we had looked right at me as I was holding an empty cup in the air asking for a refill. She then turned and started talking to another member of the waitress staff. Eventually another member of the wait staff came over and refilled our drinks and chips. I ordered the three item combo (tamale, cheese and onion enchilada, beef tip burrito). When I got my food the tamale wasn’t horrible. But the enchilada was a folded soft taco (ok kind of strange). The beef tips in the burrito tasted like lighter fluid. (Like they put the meat on the grill right after they lit the grill and the lighter fluid had not burned off the charcoal). Everything was smothered in a red sauce that tasted almost like ketchup.I’m a fat boy it takes a lot for me to push food away especially when I am hungry. I couldn’t finish my meal after taking a bite of that burrito. I have never had food this horrible. I didn’t say anything the wait staff because if they didn’t care about refilling drinks and chips why would they care about how the food was. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Oh and this was 3pm and we were the only people in...

Wife and i have eaten here quite a few times. Not amazing, but convenient. Lastnight, however was the last time. Ordered 2 fajitas togo queso dip and extra tortillas. 35 minutes later i get my food, bring it home. No tortillas... at all, no cheese dip. The smallest bag of chips ive ever seen... and to top it all off they added shrimp to the fajitas. I'm allergic. We had people over and we celebrating an event and none of us could eat. I understand that mistakes happen. The reason I'm writing all this is because when i called the store to see what could he done, I was told i had to bring ALL the food back in order to have them remake it or credit me. Otherwise the only thing they could do was offer HALF the food i ordered for free next time. I kindly explained that taking a hour away from the celebration was not work the 40 dollars and that i wanted another option. They said there was no way they couod help. YOU F-ING KIDDING ME? I've operated numerous restaurants over a span a 15 years. This "resolution" was a slap in the face. This restaurant lost a semi regular customer for life, over 15 dollars. Also, there is rarely soap in the...

Went yesterday for lunch around 3pm, we had 3 adults and 2 small children. No one was in the restaurant so it should of been a quick in and out. We finally got our drinks 10 minutes later then another couple sits down right after we get out drinks. Our waiter takes our order then proceeds to take theirs right after. We got our food except for the kids hot dog which was last after our food and the other tables food. The kids hot dog comes out and my nephew LOVES hot dogs and would not even try it because of how disgusting it looked. I go to complain to manager and I am told by my waiter I can not complain over and over again. He was being super rude and yelling at me. I was not being irate I was being respectful and reasonable. I said I thought the customer was supposed to be right, then the waiter said that I asked for too many things so no I am not right. To say the least I will not go back there ever again they lost a long time customer. You never speak to a customer that was in a business. Very unprofessional and...
