This place is terrible. I love Firehouse Subs as does my husband and kids but this store always leaves so much to be desired. Everytime I come in to this location there is NO ONE. I mean completely empty and yet it takes so long to get your food. This time I put in a pickup order so I wouldn't have to sit and wait and yet after placing my order and driving 15 minutes, I waited about 25 more minutes and the store was empty aside from one person who already had their food. Why the wait? I saw one guy who was actually working and he was cleaning the seated area. There were 2 other workers behind the counter that were making sandwiches but it took forever. Then there was one girl with 3 foot braids that was walking around on her phone. After getting home with our food we opened the boxes to find that there was no meat on half the sandwiches. My husband was supposed to have jalapeños and olives which I paid extra for and didn't get. The sandwiches themselves just didn't taste right. In fact, my husband wouldn't finish his bc it was just bad. Again, we normally love Firehouse but this location is a no. This store needs new management or employees or both. We won't be back.

Firehouse Subs Review: I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Firehouse Subs, and it was nothing short of a delightful culinary journey. From the moment I walked in, the friendly and efficient customer service set the tone for a positive dining experience. The environment was not only clean but also exuded a welcoming ambiance. The attention to cleanliness added to the overall satisfaction of the visit, creating a comfortable space to enjoy a meal. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the food. The subs at Firehouse are nothing short of a flavor explosion. Each bite was a testament to their commitment to quality ingredients and skillful preparation. The variety of options ensured there was something for every palate, and the attention to detail in crafting each sandwich was evident. In summary, Firehouse Subs not only delivers on great customer service and a clean environment but also exceeds expectations with their delicious and thoughtfully prepared menu. It's a place where tasty food meets a top-notch dining experience. Highly recommended for sub enthusiasts and anyone seeking a satisfying meal in a welcoming setting.

I have been to this location multiple time since it opened and each time they have messed up my order. Today I have a receipt that specifically says, NO Lettuce, Tomato, Onion or Deli Mustard. Yet the sandwich had ALL of the Above mentioned. Last time I ordered the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket without any modifications and when I got home all it had on it was Brisket. No BBQ sauce, Mayo, Cheddar. I normally do not leave reviews and have given the restaurant plenty of grace, but apparently they cannot read an order and make a sandwich accordingly.

Do not order on the app and make sure you check your food well before leaving the building! Although I would suggest not ordering here at all! I ordered on the app. One of my sandwiches was missing, the side of gravy was missing, the stuffing on one of the sandwiches I did receive was ice cold and had meat only on one side of the sandwich. I ordered extra pickles on all of the sandwiches I ordered and received zero! I called the store to talk to the 'manager" and he did apologize saying they probably put my missing items in someone else's order. He said he was not usually the manager there and wasn't sure how to help me. I asked if it would be a better idea to report the issue on the app and he said yes. I report the issue on the app and receive an email saying since I didn't order on the app they could not help me! I did order on the app and sent a picture of the receipt in the app. I then received an email saying they still could not help me and would forward the information to the franchise of this particular store. That I would hear from them in a few days! I never received a call or email. I for sure will not order from this location again. Management and the owners can't be bothered! It's a shame because my family and I love firehouse subs but we will not support an establishment that can't even be bothered to make things right. There are too many sandwhich options in our area to bother ordering from a place where you may or may not get what you paid for! I can see from other reviews that I am not the only one who won't be returning! Also with the generic responses to the post and reviews including issues from moldy bread to missing items it's very clear they could care less about the customer or quality of food...
