Best coffee shop in Downtown Lee’s Summit by a mile. Great location, gorgeous view, and easy parking! Atmosphere is amazing, staff is extremely fast and friendly, and the clientele had a lot of people i knew so it the soul enriching experience I didn’t know i needed. When I couldn’t decide on what to order Abbey surprised me with “the summit” bagel oooohhhh myyyyy gaaaaahhhhhhhhssssshhhhhhh the world stopped spinning when i took that first bite. Bruh I added alittle honey to it… dude. Dude. STOP. Then by the time i found my wife at the table Taylor already made my weird coffee order exactly the way i asked, i still think about the way that mocha made me feel inside to this day. If you’re having a hard time picking up on my intense emotion I’m feeling right now it’s probably because you’ve made the mistake of not trying Frost yet. So let me say this as clearly as possible… YOU HAVENT FREAKING LIVED UNTIL YOU TRY THIS PLACE. GET UP RIGHT NOW AND COME HERE I DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR ARTIFICIAL HIP, I’M TRYING TO CHANGE YOUR LIVE BRO!!!! GOOOO!!!!!! ILL FREAKING MEET YOU THERE RIGHT FREAKING NOW LETS FREAKING...

I came here this morning with my wife and two kids. The place was surprisingly full for a random weekday morning. Lots of laptops (hooray covid?) The menus are small and force you to crowd around with others who want to see them.

I was pleasantly surprised to see spring specials and unpleasantly surprised to see that they glaze their scones like donuts.

My wife and I ordered vanilla lattes and sat for a few minutes to wait for them. The chairs are uncomfortable, though the decor is otherwise quite pleasant, including the soft music and fresh flowers.

Our Lattes came with whipped cream to dull the heat, but the milk was only lukewarm (maybe 130-140°), so they needn't have bothered. They tasted good, but I definitely prefer overly hot drinks to overly cool ones.

It's better than Starbucks and Caribou and Baxter's, and they didn't mess up my drink like Whistle Stop and Post. Scooters is more convenient and Ahadu is better coffee with fewer food options. Come to Frost for a pretty atmosphere, decent food and drinks, and their (free for an hour) private...

I've had some great times at this restaurant, but recently I've noticed some service I'm not happy about. Many times, you will look behind the counter to see someone on their phone, eating food, and their waterbottles right by product. This is concerning because that is not food safe at all. Especially when someone is eating food and then goes to make a guests drink without washing their hands. In addition to this my food had been sitting on the bar for 8 minutes before I went up there and asked what it was. I did not hear them call it out or anything. And when I went up there the lady that had been eating and on her phone made it seem like it was inconvenience for me asking her if it was my food. This is not the first time this has happened either.

If eating food behind the counter, being on your phone when food is still on the bar, being rude when someone asks a question, and or as a guest you can see the worker has been inconvenienced doesn't change I'm not sure if I will be...

How have I not seen or heard of this place? I walk by often. It’s adorable inside. So so so cozy and inviting. The design is so nice. And there’s even a private meeting room I’m assuming you can reserve or rent for business meetings? There is cozy sitting areas and work tables. A good fit for everyone. The drinks were yummy. The staff was younger so not super bubbly or welcoming and just sort of stayed to themselves. But that is ok bc it’s a relaxed environment. They answered questions when I asked and service was quick. In a super great spot in downtown Lees Summit.

I love this place! I discovered it on google maps a week or two ago, and have already been twice since. The first time I got an iced mocha, and the second time I ordered an iced lemon blueberry latte. Both were very delicious, and we also got a mascarpone cake, which was also amazing. The employees are very friendly and helpful when it comes to asking about all the diff drinks, the atmosphere is lovely and clean with new fresh flowers on each table, and it’s in a nice part of Lee’s Summit which I appreciate. I recommend this place!! <3
