I saw another review on google about the black guy that works at this location and how he is rude and should find another job, I completely agree. I went there today with my boyfriend and he first started off by not greeting us when we were up next to order, he just stared at us. He was constantly saying things under his breath, being very rude, unprofessional, and not portraying good customer service at all. He then said “you guys are acting like you’ve never been here before” when we were telling him what kind of bread, and meat we wanted, which was COMPLETELY uncalled for. He was very rude and one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve EVER encountered before. I will never be coming back here again! He needs to be fired! I was very upset with my experience here, I asked the store owner for the cooperate number to make a complaint to cooperate about John, he then proceeded to tell me he “did not have the cooperate number” , which was kind of unprofessional in my opinion. I’m not a Karen in any way but the way John was treating us as customers was completely unacceptable and he needs to held accountable for his actions. Read moreA couple of us from my office called to have delivery there was 2 seperate orders going to the same location. After waiting 45 minutes the delivery driver shows up with only half the food and asked what the other was and I told him and he said that the food is ready and sitting at the store but it did not have an address to deliver it but he would go back and get it. When I called the store some kid answered the phone by saying Hi I had to ask if I called Mrs. Goodcents and he started laughing and would not stop I finally got him to understand that I wanted a manager and some girl got on the phone said she would discount it and have it delivered. The food showed up with no discount about half of the amount I normally get and the 1 peanut butter cookie was not in there but 3 other cookies was. I called back to the store and spoke with the same girl and she said that the owner was in the store talking to another customer she took my number and said he would call me right back and surprise surpise No call back. Read moreThis will be the second time placing an order for delivery that resulted in an hour long wait, except this time I had to call the store and was told “sorry I tried to call you earlier but door dash doesn’t allow us to pick a delivery time for orders paid for with rewards points, you’ll have to come pick up your food”. I only used the rewards points because that was my refund credited to my account for the last failed order. I couldn’t answer my phone because I’m at work, a voicemail would’ve shown a bit more concern. When I went to go pick up our order, the store had no customers and food was sitting there waiting for me yet couldn’t be delivered? The staff couldn’t have cared less. Best part, you’re still advertising delivery with little flyers on each sandwich.
