This is obviously a "throw away" establishment. There doesn't seem to be anyone in charge of the clueless employees that clearly don't want to be there. We ordered 2 foot longs on wheat and didn't notice until we got home that it was white. Asked for a lot of onions and got 2 thin rings that aren't worth mentioning. All the dressing was minimal to nothing. They have it set up so you can't see them making your sandwich so it's a huge disappointment when you get home ready to eat the delicious sandwich you imagined being made. But wait, the meatball sandwich was even worse! The person making it randomly disappeared into the back room and when he returned he asked if the sandwich was supposed to be a turkey club. Again he was told it was a meatball. He then went in the back room again. The other employee finally told us that they had to heat the meatballs up back there. So when the sandwich was brought out to the front he just started wrapping it up. I requested some toppings and that's when I noticed that there was no marinara sauce on it. I asked if I could get some. The employee rolled the dry meatballs over to reveal a hint of marinara that was beneath. We were just ready to get out of there by this point having waited too long for the sad meatballs and we'd already paid. So we just accepted it and began to leave. On the way out after taking a drink of the Mt dew noticed that it was missing flavor. I get that these young people are learning and likely with no proper training. I will not go back to this goodcents and honestly any other due the way this particular one is. I hope someone takes notice of the many bad reviews and does something proactive to make it a place...
Read moreThis place used to be my favorite sandwich shop been coming here since they opened many years ago it has definitely changed the last 3 times I've been there I've ordered double meat and did not get it this time they were even weighing it in my face after I brought the sandwich back then they said it was a oz short so they added a slice of turkey to each when I got back home I open the sandwich and each sandwich had 1 slice each of ham and roast beef how is this double meat? Last time I came in there and asked for a couple slices of pepperoni and got charged $8 for an entire pepperoni sandwich when I wanted just a couple slices of pepperoni added to my sandwich sadly the new this store is now counting Penny's with the new ownership I understand this but seriously it is going to hurt the business 1 slice of thin meat is not a double order of meat you can go to any other goodcents location & a normal size sandwich will be the same size if not larger as this stores double meat sandwich that you have to pay extra for paying $20 for one sandwich with double meat when it is 90% bread just isn't right. Sadly I will not be coming back to this...
Read moreGreat Goodcents! BUT....... The only thing that could be better is the staff in the evenings. The young men that were there the last time I was there in the evening basically had things closed up an hour before closing and seemed very inconvenienced when I came in for a sandwich. The first thing they started telling me is what they didn't have; I assume it is because they had cleaned it up already. They seemed even more inconvenienced when another person walked through the door after me. I thought about staying to eat, just to pull a chair down and use a table since they already had chairs upside down on tables an hour before closing. It was very apparent that the staff working would have liked to give the impression they had closed so people wouldn't go in and they would have less work to do and could get out and on with their Friday night a...
