Goodcents — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

Went there just a bit ago to grab some lunch and take it home. The guy slicing the meat was doing a half assed job resulting in half slices and no attempt to "patch the gaps". By best estimates I got about half of what I paid for. Then I had to explain 3 times to the other young man that I wanted onions and peppers on the non meat side of the bread before toasting. Finally it made it through the toaster and I asked for lettuce, and two full layers of tomatoes (my standard order in both MGC and Subway. I was told "that will be extra". (Never heard this before) I was a little taken aback but I said on then just one layer. He then proceeded to put 4 slices of tomato on a 16 inch sub stating "Hey Dude tomatoes are expensive!" Guess what Dude....so are your freakin sandwiches!! The total for our two sandwiches was 28 and change and this twerp is giving me crap about tomatoes! Worst experience I have EVER had at a MGC. Next time Ill go a couple more miles down the road rather than stop at this...

If I could give a rating of zero I would. This owner of this place is so rude and this was the second time I have had to pleasure of meeting him. I had an online order that told me to be there at a certain time. Mind you, I have already paid. I arrive and call to let them know I was there so that they can bring it to me in my car as I had requested. He stated that since his lobby was full I would have to wait another 10 minutes or so while he helped those that hadn’t paid yet while I had already been there waiting as instructed by the email that told me what time to be there.

The food is great it’s the service at this location that has always been horrible. Drive the extra mile and go to the one down the street in independence, night and day on...

I was lost I stopped there only to use my phone to call for help, the navigation maps failed me today they worked perfectly yesterday and the other times I view them I had no sound and I can't drive looking down at a map telling me to take you turn when I could get a ticket taking me back to the place where I just come from so I'm sorry this was not a good experience for me hopefully it will be better next time and that's it and I Never Had a Good Sense sandwich I don't believe in eating cold cuts and spend the money to buy them out I can fix them at home if I go out I want something I don't want to fix it home sorry about this again I don't mean any malice I'm just being truthful...
