Hardee’s — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

I am from the magical place of California, where this restaurant is known as Carl's Jr, so saying "Hardees" feels so wrong, but this is completely besides the point.

I've lived in Lee's Summit for almost a year now, and this place is constantly incredible. I've probably been 10-15ish times since moving here, and outside of one time, the food has been amazing. I get the Big Hot Ham (extra cheese, mind you) and bacon ranch fries. It is a perfect meal.

Extra special shoutout to the manager there - I think her name is Britney? - for always being ON TOP OF IT. The food is fresh and delicious, and she's been incredibly helpful the one time I had a problem. I hope she is compensated well, because she makes sure this place is outstanding.

I'm getting hungry again typing this. Thank you again for being a GREAT spot in Lee's Summit to eat! I won't say who, but certain other fast food places in this city could learn a thing or two from this...

This place is awful! Walked in and waited several minutes while employees were pretending to be too busy to take an order. Placed the order, which included a coffee, and after paying was told there was no coffee because the coffee was old, as it was made early that morning. So, I asked what that meant...could they make more coffee? The girl there stated she guessed she could try. Not gonna pretend that didn’t irk me a little. Leave the counter with no answer on the coffee. Then a young man who identified himself as manager (with open, uncovered sores on his arms) comes to our table to inform me that they can’t make coffee, so I requested a refund, which he did provide. Got our food and nothing was hot, and portions were ridiculously small. I should mention that there were 3, maybe 4 other customers present at this time. My family likes Hardee’s food, but we would NOT return to...

My fries were old so I had them make me fresh ones so while I was waiting I decided to check my burger it was cold as well so I proceeded to asuk the cook could they remake my burger too he tells me that he just made it fresh but it was obvious that it was not fresh the meat was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted on the burger needless to say he took it but the burger still wasn't fresh all he did was melt the cheese on the same old ass burger then sent it back outside you could tell it wasn't fresh because the lid was ripped off an was just sitting on top of the box the sandwich was rapped in crumbly paper that was not appealing needless to say it was a waste of money I only had a 30 minute break or I would have taken it back again but this time to get my money back I through that s@#$ in the trash I will never go...
