Placed a gender reveal cake with them, called the night before they said they made it. Didn't have my cake, and claimed not to have taken the ticket at all when I went to picked it up. The staff didn't apologize or try to fix it. How can you tell some one the night before that it was made and then not have it? Ended up going to pricechopper they made me 2 boxes of cupcakes under 30 minutes. Will never order a...
