Hy-Vee Chinese — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

Love the Chinese at Hyvee and highly recommend it. However, there seems to be confusion among the workers as to how the #1/#2 works. #1 is one entree. #2 is two entrees. Does a #1 mean 1 type of entree (eg Orange Chicken) or does it mean only 1 cubby gets filled with Orange chicken? Some workers only fill one cubby if you get a #1. Some workers fill both cubbies if you get a #1 and get only 1 entree type, eg sesame chicken for both. I've been told that a #1 means only one type of entree, and logically I can see how employees get confused and think it means only 1 cubby...

The food was old and did not taste good. The employee working Chinese counter told us if we wanted fresh food we should have come in around 5pm. The cashier, different person, then says the the reason the food was so bad was because of corporate and that "that's why I don't even eat here". We were there before 7pm. Over the last 2 years, the quality of this Hy-Vee's chinese counter has gotten worse and worse. They just don't care anymore.
