Be sure to never return an item or the service manager will be rude to you. Unbelievable. And when called on her unacceptable behavior she claps back as though I’m her weak boyfriend.

Sad world we live in when a service manager (assuming that’s a joke) sets that kind of example and represents HyVee in that manner.
