Listen I hate to be that person because I know it’s tough out there. And, it was a busy Saturday at like noon on a nice day. I’m sure these boys were trying their best.
That being said, they did not have it together. I sat and waited in the store for thirty minutes to pick up an online order of two sandwiches while the guys working fumbled around at a turtles pace. Seriously, this guy was struggling so hard to wrap a sandwich and put it in a paper bag that an older lady literally took it out of his hands and did it for him after watching him fail for so long. There was food everywhere on the counters and the floor and all of the bottles and stuff were thrown every which way.
Also, I am the kind of person who is easily grossed out and prefers to live in blissful ignorance about how yucky restaurants actually are. So when I saw the guys pulling up their pants and ringing credit cards with the same gloves they used to touch the food… I didn’t even want to eat it anymore. So, I can’t speak for how it actually tasted. My family seemed to like it.

I made an order around 5:40pm, for pickup up of 7:30pm, arrived right around that time and they were still making the food. There were also 6 people waiting in front of me to get their food as well and the staff was moving like snails and had no care in the world!! One customer even walked out because of how long his wait was! Once I got my food, I walked out and got home to: soggy, wet bread and wrong sandwiches that were very clearly stated on the order. I also ordered a gluten free sandwich and specifically put on my order: change gloves, no cheese, cut in 1/2….none of that was followed and I’m extremely sensitive with Crohn’s and Celiac disease!! My family and I will NEVER return to this location, as it looks like Samantha the manager doesn’t give a damn, per their responses on others posts. Samantha if you cared at all about how your store is ran, maybe you’d ask people to call you, so you can make it right and fix the problem!! Read moreI didn’t want to have to write this review, but felt it was necessary after my first (and last) experience at this location. Every other one star review could not be more accurate. The store was a mess. Counters coved in food and oil. Sandwich’s thrown together haphazardly. No organization or process.
I was the only one in line when I walked into the store, but it still took over 20 minutes to get my food(not a big deal), but during my time I saw 3 online orders come back in because they left something, or made something wrong. Sadly, I got home and realized they indeed didn’t add the extra meat I paid for.
My expectations are not through the roof when coming to Jersey Mike’s, but when you spend $30 on sandwiches, you’d like a decent service and experience with an attention to detail.
This store needs a re-train on how to operate as I’ve never seen another location like this. I will only be going to the other LS location...
