If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've waited for over an hour for food. It will however be the last. Once we finally received our order I was handed an expired coupon for a free sandwich. EXPIRED coupon, wow! We opened our unwhiches to find one of them was the smallest thing I've ever seen, was missing the tomatoes and the cucumbers. I literally got some chicken, parmesan cheese and dressing. I decided to call the store and that's where things went real bad. I was told (rudely) "we are short staffed and we don't have time to make sure all the orders are totally correct" then as I tried to speak while still in utter disbelief, I realized the other end of the line was silent. He was no longer there. This location has never been the best and it seems it's just getting worse.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Placed my order for delivery and almost 2 hours later still no food. Got the notification through the app that it was out for delivery but after waiting for an hour finally decided to call the location to see what was happening. After attempting to call 3 times, finally on the 4th time some answers to tell me "they just picked it up". Huh? Then why send me the alert it's out for delivery if it's not out for delivery. Asked if I can get a refund because I ordered a toasted sandwich that's probably cold and soggy now and all I can get is credits on my account. I mean at least that's not a total loss but definitely the last time I give this place...

CLOSE THIS LOCATION IMMEDIATELY. Ordered from the site its been over and hour. The person answering the phone couldn’t care less. Didn't know the owners name or contact.., referred me to a Erica Honeyball(manager) but had zero contact information.

He stated they do not have delivery drivers so if you order through the “Jimmy John Speed Website” they use a 3rd party delivery service. The worker could not tell me if it was Uber Eats or Door Dash.

This is ridiculous and totally unacceptable. But based off the previous ratings this Jimmy John’s does not understand or care about customer service on...
