Update: Decided to give this location another try since my last time visiting was 3 years ago. BAD IDEA! Ordered my food, and paid extra for extra cheese etc… only to find out that my order was entirely incorrect and the extras I paid for and requested were not included. No brown rice, extra cheese or Chipotle ranch. Called this location and spoke with a “manager.” They let me know they would refund my order but told me I needed to check with my bank to see how long a refund takes. So far, I have not yet received a refund. This visit occurred 6/11. I love longboards but this location is probably the worst in the area! I would recommend visiting another location and not this one!
Initial review:Food is amazing however, I placed an online order at this location, drove 20+ minutes and got something totally different than what I ordered. I ordered a Cabo beef and received a Cabo chicken. I even checked the bag before leaving and in fact CB (Cabo beef) was written on the wrapper. I didn’t think I needed to unwrap it and take a bite since it was written on the wrapper and on the receipt. Talk about a disappointment. Read moreSolid place for a quick, fresh bite. I've yet to find a wrap I didn't like, and the prices are great. The online ordering could use some work, but such are the pains of growing a great, local chain of restaurants.
Edit: Dropping rating to 1 star due to covid precautions. Came in on December 22 between 2:30 and 3 pm. Shortly after sitting to wait on food, we noticed handprints all over the table and windows of one of the booths, as well as a pair of presumed employees walking in and going behind the counter, one without a mask who then proceeded to wear one incorrectly. What appeared to be a manager later came into the kitchen without any mask. In total, three workers were seen wearing masks improperly or not at all in the 30 minutes there. Read moreI love eating here and food is great, but your online ordering system is flat out terrible. I have ordered curbside from you guys probably 5 times in the past two months and EVERY time my order is wrong. At first I thought it was the employees fault, but now I realize your online ordering system suuuuuucks. Today, I made my wrap an OG, added specific instructions, added chips, and extra sauce. I didn’t get an OG wrap, none of my instructions were followed, none of the extras were included, and no chips. This isn’t even the first time, like I said, EVERY time there’s an issue. I can’t wait to dine in again because that’s the only way your system doesn’t mess it up.
