Visited this location yesterday at 4:30pm. There were four cars in the drive through lane so we decided to go ahead and eat inside. When we walked in there were zero customers inside and two employees talking together out where customers place their orders. They were laughing and appeared to be having a pleasant afternoon. We placed our order and went to fill our drinks. That area all around the soda machines was messy with ketchup spills, napkins, and straw wrappers. My wife and I looked around and couldn't find any straws so she walked back up to the counter and asked for straws. The employee handed her straws but my wife said it was weird because he never said a word back to her. We went to choose a table and counted 7 dirty tables. Some just needed a wipe down but others had trays, wrappers, and empty drinks. We honestly thought about just taking the food back out to our car because it felt so unclean but we found two clean tables next to each other so we sat. While eating we could hear employees talking and laughing and obviously not working so when we were finished I walked back up to the counter and asked for a manager. The gentleman said he was "one of the managers". I simply said we were dissapointed in the cleanliness of this McDonald's and hadn't experienced it this dirty before and mentioned how filthy the fountain drink area is and that no tables had been cleaned during our visit. He never uttered one single word back but simply walked around the corner, grabbed a rag and walked over to a table and started...
Read moreThe restaurant itself is very clean and the food is usually hot. I come and sit in here to kill time before class. Today is my last time ever visiting this establishment. I'm sitting here and the "manager" is yelling at everyone and cussing. Stating that she is under so much pressure and that she is the best manager this place has and is nonstop complaining to these people about the "pressure" she feels. She then goes on to continue to complain to the staff members while a young man is standing in line waiting to order. She is loud enough for the entire place to hear every words she is saying. After he ordered and got his food. She started talking very loud about how she will still "wake up high" she then started talking about a man named Robert and how they hit dabs and how high they were. Sitting here listening to that is unbelievable! I understand people do as they please in their own lives but when you're at work in a public family establishment, I feel things of that nature should NOT to talked about loud enough for the whole place to listen in. The fact that this woman is the manager blows me away. And if she is in fact "the best manager they have" the owners should seriously reevaluate the type of people they hire and the values they want...
Read moreThis is one of the better McDonald’s when it comes to food and beverage. However, they are sometimes very slow and most of the time I’m just ordering a Coke. There have been multiple occasions when I try to go inside the restaurant and the door is locked during business hours. There is no sign or anything to indicate why. I finally asked a manager and they said “sometimes we just don’t have the staff.” I personally don’t understand that at this point and there are ways to obtain staff, such as better pay and benefits. Plus, the least you can do is notify your customers at the door. A consistently inoperable and closed dining room during business hours is not acceptable if your building has one. The pandemic has been over for a while now and businesses keep using excuses that stemmed from it. This McDonald’s needs to find the staff to keep their doors open and the line moving for...
