Absolute horrible experience. Got food. They messed up my order. I talked to them about how my order was wrong. They said they would fix it. Then we believe our order was fixed. Upon leaving we found out they had given us the complete wrong order. We called to get our order remade. We returned only to be told they had closed and already thrown away our order. The night manager then said if we returned on another day we could get a refund and our order remade. We returned only to be treated horribly by another manager who refused to give her name. Who refused to honor the previous managers promise. She stated we could only get it with the food on the receipt. Which was wrong because they had already messed up the order. The first time. Then said we could only get the refund or food if we had the receipt. Despite us being in the book with our name for a refund. We found the original incorrect receipt and was "refunded" incredibly rudely. Where she slammed the window in our face and then made another employee give us our money because she refused to show herself at the window so we could not state who it was treating us so badly. None the less the receipt was also for less than what I actually ordered and paid for originally because they had to recharge us the first time for items they did not get on the original receipt. Read moreI have gone to this McDonald’s several times over the years and my food is frequently wrong or cold. I just deal with it because I’m too far away from home. Now that they have the auto attendant it is causing more issues with placing an order. The auto attendant interrupts constantly in the middle of giving orders and then it doesn’t understand when it messes up and you try to fix the order. Sometimes it doesn’t understand what you’re trying to order in general. I was getting frustrated and allowed my annoyance to show through my tone (because I’m talking to a computer, not a customer service rep). I finally said “get me a real person.” I then got yelled at by the attendant because she could hear my tone with the computer on the other side. I told her I was sorry, but that I was annoyed with it, and she continue to yell at me and interrupt me. I think she was just looking for an excuse to go off on someone for her own bad day. I didn’t bother to continue my order and left. I will definitely just take my business to Wendy’s from now on. Points lost for the rude customer service rep and the auto attendant. Read moreIf I could give less stars, I would. They’re trying to switch to automated services and so the employees feel obligated to do nothing. This is actually the first time since 2019, it’s been 3 years since I’ve been able to walk into the lobby of this McDonald’s. So I was actually surprised the doors were unlocked. You would think after not being able to enter their lobby for 3 years, ALMOST 4, the employees that do still have a job, that haven’t been replaced by a robot, would be polite and have good customer service but they’re the complete opposite. I’m fully aware that I’m ordering fast food, so I’m not paying for a lovely dining experience, but it’s really just common sense to treat other humans with respect, but I thought we all knew that! I’ve given multiple reviews for this location specifically because it seems like each and every time it gets worse and worse.
