Nekter Juice Bar — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

Run don’t walk past this newly open business. I’m guessing whoever staffed this location forgot to ask the people they hired if they had any customer service experience. Walked in and there was a girl making an order. She never responded or even acknowledged that I had entered the premises. I stood there for a few minutes watching her make this order and still no, “Hello, we’ll be with you shortly.” A moment later another girl came from the back and stood at the cash register but never made eye contact with me, ask me if I had been helped, just stood there. When the other girl finished the order she was on she turned and put it on the counter and still never acknowledged me. Finally I asked,”Can someone take my order?” The girl at the cash register finally looked up and said,”Oh, I can.” So I placed my order and I went to pay she stated they did not take cash! I could not leave this business fast enough! Horrible opening!! ...

I am a regular customer at this location. I visited the store today and ordered a strawberry banana protein smoothie. As I left, I noticed that the smoothie tasted a little more powdery than usual. So, I went back to the location to request a remake. However, I was told that they couldn't remake the smoothie for me. I am disappointed because I frequently spend my money here as I work in the area. In my opinion, if a smoothie doesn't taste good, it should be remade without any issue. Unfortunately, I had to throw away the smoothie before...

I ordered a chocolate peanut butter smoothie. It took 20 minutes to come out and there were only 4 items ahead of me total.

My biggest gripe is the drink was very very bitter and I didn't know there was going to be banana in it, and it completely and totally over powered the drink.
