Panda Express — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

Ordered a 2 plate entree with Pepper Chicken and Beijing Beef. They didn't have enough Pepper Chicken. The person working there turns around as to ask for more, then proceeds to just scoop up the bottom of the Chicken (2 pieces, celery, old sauce) and then just throw another scoop of Beijing Beef on top of it. I'm a nice guy, I was hungry so I let it slide. I give the cashier my card, she gives me the food, she swipes my card a few times. Proceeds to tell me it's not working and asks for me to give her my food back so "she doesn't get in trouble". I hand it back, tell her to try again because I know it works and you can enter it manually regardless. She didn't know how, they had to call the manager over twice to unlock and address it. The manager never said a word to me this whole time. Finally, they figure it out and I go home. Then I go to eat only to realize that all the beef was hard and tough like beef jerky....

The food was delicious, as always. However, the ordering and pickup process was a mess. The restaurant did not require patrons who entered to order to wear a mask. However, they made us place our credit card on a tray, took it away to process it, and brought it back on a tray. There was a different door for pick up. Again, nobody wearing a mask and 10-12 people standing around, less than 6 feet apart, waiting by the door for their food. When the food was ready, they left it on a tray inside the door without notifying us. People kept going in and out, not wearing masks, breathing on my food. I had to wait until everybody else cleared out to go in to get my order. By then, the food was cold and the ice was melting in my drinks. I’m very disappointed and won’t be returning to...

The store closes at 9pm, we walked in the front door at 7:55 and ordered our food for my family of 4, they refused to make food, and only options available was what was already made, at that time was only 3 options of entrees..... as we were checking out at 8:00 they quickly flipped over all the chairs onto the tables making it where we couldn't sit inside to eat.... still had a whole hour till closing time..... was never asked if we wanted drinks either to go with our meals, absolutely rude and ridiculous, I could see this happening if we were there the last 15 minutes before closing or something closer in time, needless to say my family will likely never eat here again, it has been a place we like to visit once or twice...
