This location refused to serve my daughter when she came in to order a medium pepperoni pizza, and pickup cookie dough. She came in 3/10 at 7:38pm (I have text and Life360 proof). So I called the store when my daughter returned home with nothing & details of what happened. “Jakelle” couldn’t explain to me why she refused to serve my child, or why she refused to answer the phone that was ringing, even saying in front of my daughter “we close in 10 min I’m not answering that!” She did however tell me the name of the manager who I’ll be calling tomorrow with more details. I asked her if I drove up would she serve me? (there was still 10 min left till they closed, my daughter was there 20 min before they closed….telling time is an essential skill folks)…..she screamed back nope, and hung up on me. So, what did I do you ask? I drove up and got my pizza! She refused to wait on me, but the young man who was also working tonight made the pizza without one question or remark….and yes of course, I’ll be calling store management tomorrow!! You will NO LONGER get any of my business at this location, rather I’ll be going to my friends location that owns the...
Read moreWalked in to place an order. Woman at the counter took my order, I paid. She didn’t take my name, she didn’t give me a ticket number, nothing. Stood back and waited with my kid in my arms - watched people walk in and get their order almost immediately. Happened twice so I asked where my food was... surprise, no one had entered my order in to the system.
To my frustration, the same woman who took my order had her own family come in and made their pizzas on the spot. My paid and ordered food still didn’t exist at this point. This happened today, 3/25/21 around 5PM.
I’ll be reaching out to Geoff Melkjorsen, owner of the franchise, about this level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service.
I’d avoid this location until services can be brought up...
Read morePoor customer service. I placed an online order at 11:00 am to be picked up at 3:00pm. I arrived at 3:45 and they had no pizza and couldn’t find where I placed the order. There was no apology just a “rude demand” that I show proof. I had the proof, an email. They then proceeded to blame other employees that were not there for the mistake. Upon arriving at home I realized that 1 pizza was missing 2 of the ordered and paid for, ingredients. When I called to see if my daughter could just come by and get a corrected pizza I was told that I had to leave my home, and drive back to the store to prove that they had made an error, and that I wasn’t just trying to get a free pizza. You’ve got to be kidding me. How is this considered...
