Tonight my family and I was fit to be tied. We decided to order pizza and go pick it up. I always give a tip. Tonight my order was wrong so I called them and explained it was wrong. They said to me that my pizza was still which was odd because she handed me 2 when I picked them up. When I arrived shortly because I am not far. She saw me and didn't say she was sorry or nothing she said oh it's you they are making it it's in the oven and she slammed the window and walked away. My thinking was how are you making it when you said you still had it? 25 minutes later no one came and said sorry for your wait. Would you like a drink etc. She even came back and was texting on her phone. Another employee was behind the counter vaping.she finally came and handed me my pizza. I expressed my concern for the poor customer. She then got even more rude to me and started telling me to put myself in her shoes...I kept trying to talk to her she then said what time is it...sir I have a thousand other things to do right you don't understand. I then said to her who do I need to call since you won't talk to me. She wouldn't let me know who and then she said sir have a nice night and slammed the window in my face again. When I got home my wife was like wth!! I said ikr opened the box and my order was wrong again. I will be going to ask to speak to someone more professional than any of them that was there tonight this all took place on 7/28/24 between 845 and 940. Horrible customer service and no professionalism at all. If she is a shift manager she needs more training. This pizza hut will not get my tips or mo ey again. Read moreWould give this place 0 stars if I could, the last 4 times we have ordered here they have messed up the order. Then on top of that, they argued with us when we asked them to make it right and provide us with the correct pizza. Worst customer service experience ever, would not suggest ordering from this location.
Update: Just ordered from them on 12/02/2018 after avoiding this location for close to 3 years. Placed an order online at 12:28 with a confirmation email telling me to expect my delivery at 1:10. Called at 1:30 when their delivery tracker was telling me that it was still being made. The person on the phone tells me that it's been done and just waiting to go out. The delivery driver just left on another order and that should take another 20 minutes before they get to mine. He asked if I was looking for a discount when I asked why it was still not delivered and he told me that on his end it wasn't showing late. Needless to say I cancelled my order and will write off this location permanently. Until someone makes it a priority to fix the issues here, they should just...

When I called in at the two hour mark, the person on the phone sighed a lot, gave silence and said most likely my order was out for delivery. After being pressed for a more specific answer (out for delivery or not), she signed again, paused, and then said, 'I am not allowed to answer that.' I asked her to restate, at which time she transferred me to her 'supervisor.' This happened to be a call center in Pittsburgh that tried to take my order over the phone. These folks were much more polite, but also were not equipped to tell me where the order was. They said 'It looks like it is out for delivery.' As I am typing this and now approach the three hour mark (my afternoon on hold), I am on an extended hold period with Pizza Hut again.
