Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

The food was just as good as any other Popeyes I've been to. That being said, I ordered the shrimp tackle box with mashed potatoes and gravy and red beans and rice. The service was also very good from the attendant behind the counter.... He looked to see where my mobile order was and then got it to me as soon as it was done. Any employee that is out to interact with the public should be welcoming, just saying hello, or explaining what they're doing or asking questions of how they can help. I understand that the staff is new. They do have a small sealed shelf where your food is behind plexiglass and most likely I think they'll have the name facing where you can read it. Otherwise, I really don't understand why you'd need to see sacks that are sealed waiting to be picked up. I didn't give it the best rating for atmosphere as the managers were kind of conducting meetings out in the guest area. They had their announcements playing through their phones making announcements on kiosk orders or drive-thru and was kind of distracting or...

We ordered on the app they send us to spot1 till the order is done then we waited 35 minutes while people ordered received it and we are still waiting then i go inside twice 1st time oh they still cooking it the 2ed time some young manager saying: oh we had alot of call orders. whatabout our order?!?! I noticed our bag was setting on the window since i came in the first time that an employee finally grabbed it and go to our car. Guess what? Our food was cold, it was setting all that time. It's THE WORST EVER costumer service i had ever seen. If it's up to me I'll give them (NEGATIVE 10STARS). never ever go there. Trust me unless you want your food cold and your nerves burned with how bad they are. I rather go eat canned food from a gas station than go...

Everything bad!.. my order was never received. It was total chaos there... The manager made my order. He got it wrong. 30mins after at restaurant. I get correct order. This was my third visit since open day. I though third try would be a charm.. nope!.. at least the chicken tasted marinated this time.. they need training badly. Invite regular customer for a free meal to teach them.. something!.. Even the customer support chat is trash!..P.S.. I'm certain the review would be worst if they started allowing when they opened.
