About 3 weeks ago me and my man ordered a pizza from Sarpinos. We got a half and half pizza where not only was one half completely wrong the whole pizza was undone. Instantly the next morning we got into contact with a manager and they assured us that this issue would be immediately taken care of. After 5 days with no money return we called again. We got a driver who said the manager was unavailable but he will pass the info, name, and number Along. After another 3 days with no contacts with them we called again. This time it was another manager, a young lady, who told us that our order still hasn’t been canceled and due to how long ago it was she is unable to void it so Dough the wonder would have to contact us. After another 4 days we tried to contact them again but Dough was never available when we called. After about 5 days we both went up to Sarpinos to a Female blond manager who I had a HORRIBLE stink attitude from the time we walked in. After 5 minutes of hearing her make excuses to why we weren’t contacted, why we couldn’t get an email or other way to contact the owner, or our refund we asked her to call him herself. Upon Dough getting on the phone we asked why this has taken so long and no one has apologized nor communicated this issue he told us “well since you were so unsatisfied you can take your business somewhere else.” So we agreed asked for our money back and hung up. After another 3 days we finally got our money back. Thank you Sarpinos for recommending I take my business elsewhere. That’s the best thing I ever got from you guys and I didn’t even order it. Read moreThey’ve had some bad reviews about communication recently- hopefully they start listening.....Honestly I’ve never had a worse experience. Ordered via the yelp app at 8:15pm. Order confirmed with restaurant and I waited an hour to receive my food. Hour goes by, no delivery. I call the app and turns out they didn’t have their tablet on so it didn’t actually go through. No worries, it’s late (9:20) but I’ll try again. Call the store. Place my order. 40 minutes goes by and they arrive to my hotel, I take my cheese calzone and head up to my room. Turns out the order was wrong so I call the restaurant at 10pm (mind you I started this whole ordeal at 8:15) and they call the driver- says he forgot to check the box and he’ll be turning right around to drop off the correct order. 40 MINUTES LATER, I’m still sitting in the lobby (had a lovely chat with the desk clerk) and still no correct calzone. I call the store, and speak with the manager, Jeremy. They don’t know how my order got mixed up, no, the driver is not turning around anymore, and no, there is no new order on the way. Jeremy explained that there was no time to call me to let me know I wouldn’t be receiving a new/correct order. Offered me a credit, for a restaurant that isn’t even in my state. It wasn’t until I asked 3 times for a refund that it was granted. Insane. He had a plethora of excuses, from the kid who took the order down originally, to batteries not working on the tablet to being short staffed, but couldn’t come right out and say we messed up- let me fix it for you. Read moreOrdered $170 in pizza for delivery on 12/23/2024. Received it a few minutes later than the desired time, took it inside, and found oil covering my hands/arms. Every pizza had the garlic butter sauce open and spilled everywhere. The boxes were saturated. I called the store and asked for the manager. The male staff who answered wouldn't let me speak with the manager, put me on hold, came back and said they would remake the pizza but would need the original pizzas back. I have guests ready to eat now, not another hour or more from now. I asked for a full refund and he said "that's not happenin' boss" to which I said yes it is boss. He spouted some other condescending comment at me to which I responded with a single curse word, but come on. He then hung up on me--so what, my feelings are hurt and you stole $170 from me! I called back. Mya answered, I asked for the manager and she hung up. I called back. Mya answered again, I asked nicely to speak with the manager and Mya said "the manager doesn't want to speak with me and I could shove the pizzas up my a$$" and then hung up. No problem. I'm done for good with this place. They are extremely expensive, never on time, and don't honor their product...
