Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

As an avid Scooters coffee drinker I just left this location and not only way I dissatisfied with my drink I was also disappointed with the customer service or lack there of. When we got to the window they didn’t know what we had order, which is fine mistakes happen. When the drink they gave us was made incorrectly and absolutely disgusting we asked for a refund and they refused. They offered no other solutions to the problem. My issue is not with the fact that they appeared to be new and none of them had a clue what was going on or the fact that our drinks were made incorrectly. I have a problem with the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to solve an issue that we didn’t create. I won’t be returning to this location again and I’ll be telling others to steer...

I’ve been to a couple scooters locations and find the coffee average at best. I found other places to go or would brew my own. The employees don’t really seem like baristas and the coffee isnt nearly as flavorful as Most real coffee houses. As for the Lee’s Summit location, from a business standpoint, I find it completely shoddy that they have literally built their location in front of the only other local coffee house around the south side of Lee’s Summit along the 150 corridor. I mean- there had to have been other Lee’s Summit south side locations since we have a general lack of coffee out this way. I find this...

I had no plans of trying Scooter's this soon but the mailer they sent out swayed me. I've been there twice now. Touche Scooter's. The coffee was good both times. The breakfast burritos were small but tasty and had a little heat from the green chili. Also tried the cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffin, both good. So far the only issue would be their bagel sandwich. Although tasty and flavorful, the bagel was tough and chewy like it...
