Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Lee's Summit

I am there almost daily for a morning iced galaxy and order on the app. Yesterday, I used some points for a free drink. I pull up to the window and the person said she couldn't find me and asked if I had the right location. I double checked and yes, the location was even favorited. My points were gone so I know the order had gone through. I explained that to the person. Instead of trying to help me figure it out, I was met with "we're not going to make you a bunch of free drinks just because you said you ordered". First, that was incredibly rude, secondly, all I had asked was how do I figure out how to get my points back since I couldn't be found in the system. Like I said, I go to this location almost every morning. I'll be finding a different coffee shop if this is how people are going...

First off I had 2- free coffees the order was also with 2- anything bagels and $1 donuts she kept asking me to get and finally said put them in my order, I get up to pay she acted like she scanned my phone took my debit handed me my items to find out later I never received my points and I paid full price when my coffees should had been free they do not give you a receipt but when I went looked at how many points I needed left for another free coffee is when I noticed nothing changed, I tried calling but no you have to listen to voicemail and can’t leave a message so I’ll never go back to scooters in lees summit off rice road they rip you off and really makes me mad I gave her a $3 tip oh and my bagel was cold as well as my daughters we had to cook...

The management in this location is just sad. Visited multiple times and every time their employees are over worked and usually needing medical attention. Every occasion I’ve asked how everyone is doing, there is always someone either in distress because of how they’re being treated or needing to go to the hospital for something. Ive been in the food industry for years but this isn’t how things should be run. I’m not sure how it’s gone on this long but there seems to be no concern for their employees or their well being. Seems to me that maybe a higher up should reevaluate who is managing and how they’re doing it??? Not sure but...
